DataGrid error: No data received from the server 3.1
Problem
When working in RecTrac with Google Chrome, the DataGrid popups a message 'DataGrid Error: No Data Received From the Server.' As a result, you are unable to work within the DataGrid, you cannot edit line items, pick lists are empty, you cannot use the Save button, etc
. This issue occurs on multiple screens that contain a DataGrid.
Solution
Clear Google Chrome's Cache and Cookies to resolve this issue.
1. On your browser toolbar, click the Customize button More Tools Clear Browsing Data.
2. Select the options for Cached Images And Files Cookies, and for Other Site Data.
3. Click the Pick List Icon to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select The Beginning Of Time to delete everything.
4. Click Clear Browsing Data.
