RecTrac3.1 - REPLACE/CONCAT error when trying to End Session and Logout

Problem
Below is an error message we get when trying to "Logout and End Session" in RecTrac for a particular user. We cannot close this session, and it seems to cause the Session Cleaner to stop working.

Solution
The session cannot be closed by regular processes. To fix this:
- Go into DB Edit. You will need an Access Code from Vermont Systems.
- Query SASessioninfo, either by Usernames or Session ID.
- Highlight/select the session in question and Delete it.
- Exit DB Edit. Ensure the User can log back into RecTrac.
- Go to Scheduled Events Management and ensure the Session Cleaner event is running.
