3.1 Cannot update Fees in 3.1.08.04 - Getting "An Error Occurred - Invalid Value of BLANK for Table" errors

Problem
We recently updated from RecTrac 3.1.07.04 to RecTrac to 3.1.08.04 and are no longer able to update Fees. When we go into a Fee and click Change and then try to Save, we get the following error message: "An Error Occurred - Invalid Value of BLANK for Table"
Solution
This is a case of the customer not completing all of the post-update steps for each Build included in the update. Specifically to this issue, the Post-Update Step was included for Build 3.1.08.02, which advises customers to delete and re-create custom Fee screens.
When updating RecTrac 3.1 through multiple Builds, customers must perform all Post-Update Steps for each build included in the update. In this instance, the custom should have performed all Post-Update Steps for Builds 3.1.08.00, 3.1.08.01, 3.1.08.02, 3.1.08.03, and 3.1.08.04.
To resolve this particular issue, we went into Regedit on the RecTrac server and backed the build to 3.1.08.00 We then re-ran the 3.1.08.04 build and completed all Post-Update Steps as outlined in the RecTrac 3.1 Minor Version/Minor Build Update Instructions document.
