3.1 - There is a transaction missing from our GL interface Export

Problem
When the GL interface program ran, a transaction was missing from the export and never made it over to the finance software. The sale does show up on other financial reports like the cash journal and GL distribution reports.
Solution
Check if the transaction was excluded due to the Start and End Times of the export. For Example: The missing transaction happened at 11:59 PM and wasn't getting picked up by the interface that ran with 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM as the time range. If you're scheduling the GL Interface to run daily, it's suggested to leave the time range blank when configuring the schedule export. Your options maybe slightly different depending on which GL interface you're using.
Steps For Solution
- Go to Processing --> GL Interface.
- In the Begin Time and End Time fields, delete the times from the Begin and End Time options.
- Click Process.
- If you're still missing Data, Click Default Settings, enter the desired date range and Process again.
