3.1 When adding items to the cart in Global Sales after RecTrac Update, error Message: index archived is inactive and cannot be referenced (995)
Problem
After updating to the latest version of RecTrac, we are unable to add items to the shopping cart due to error message: "index archived is inactive and cannont be referenced (995)."
Solution
Go to the RecTrac database server, stop the database and use DB Utilities to run an Index Rebuild.
Steps:
- Remote onto the RecTrac database server.
- Open the Open Edge Management Console.
- Stop your AppServers, WebSpeed, and then Databases.
- Open DB Utilities (make sure to run as admin).
- Select Index Rebuild and click Next.
- Select your Progress Version and your database file and click Process.
- Wait for it to complete then close DB Utilities.

Log back into RecTrac and transactions should now complete.
