3.1 Screen Design error after update: "An Error Occurred - Invalid Value of BLANK for Table"
Problem
Client updated RecTrac to 3.1.08.04 and are now seeing an error "An Error Occurred - Invalid Value of BLANK for Table" after changing an activity fee.
Solution
As the error occurred right after an update, it is very possible that the RecTrac installer did not successfully update everything to the new version.
- Check the date modified for related JS files in the RecTrac installation path. In this case, the JS files have not been updated properly when the installation was run.
- Went into Regedit and backed the build version back to 3.1.08.00. This enables the installation to be rerun again.
- Re-ran the 3.1.08.04 build which solved this problem.
