3.1 Programs Running API calls is failing

Problem
Customer's Customer Code was recently changed within their License Profile and now the calls for information made using the API logic are failing.
Solution
This is a super easy fix, call VSI-Support! We will need to go into your License Profile and generate a new API Key. Once you have this new API key you will be able to enter it into the source program you are utlilizing to make calls to the RecTrac DB with.
