Problem
Will the CampDoc integration automatically send information to enrollments established prior to the CampDoc setup?
Solution
CampDoc information will be sent only to new registrants following integration setup completion, not enrollments that existed prior to CampDoc integration. If you would like existing enrollments to be sent to CampDoc, run the CampDoc Roster export output from the Enrollment Report in CVS format and then supply CampDoc with this information.
Steps For Solution
To Import and Run the CampDoc Roster Export:
- Navigate to Report Output Management.
- Click More.
- Click Import.
- Click the File Path folder icon and locate the CampDoc Roster Export.xml file.
- Click Import.
- Highlight the imported report and select Run Report.
- Click Continue.
- Select the sections that you want to include in the report, using the enrollment status and date to narrow your results.
- Click Process.
- On the report options popup, under file format settings, select CSV (Raw Data).
- Click Continue.
- Once report completes, download the CSV data and provide it to CampDoc.
