The Combination Review Log program allows you to add, update, delete, approve, and review history for Logs in the MainTrac module. Records that appear in this program are those which were created using any of the Log programs (Combination Log, Labor Log, Form Log, and Work Order Log).
Log programs are designed to display only entries made on the current day. This program allows you to view and edit log entries that were made in the past. For Example: "Today" is Thursday, 18 June. To edit a Combo Log entry (or Form Log, or Work Order Log, or Labor Log) made "yesterday" on 17 June, you would use this program.
The Combination Review Log DataGrid lists all the Log records currently in your system that you have Permissions to view. Scroll up/down to view the Pass Codes or scroll left/right to view additional details.

From the bottom of the screen….
Click Add to continue to the Combination Log Review Update screen to create a new Log Record.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Edit Log screen to make changes to the selected log record.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Delete to remove it from the database.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Approve to change a record's status to 'Approved.' Generally speaking, you will use this function with Work Order records only.
Highlight/select an existing record and click History. The Combo Log History dialog will launch. It displays the log entry in a DataGrid.
To exit this program, click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
