The Linked Equipment Update screen allows you to Add or Change all applicable Equipment Codes linked to this Staff Member. In the event this Staff Member uses the same equipment on a regular basis, you can link it here have the system log it automatically whenever the Staff Member is assigned to a job. For Example: Johnny Bravo always uses the same truck, trailer and mower. You could link that equipment here and have the system log this automatically whenever Johnny is assigned a mowing job.

Click Save to save your changes. You will return to the previous screen.
Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without saving your changes.
To exit this program, click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.

Equipment Code (MTPREQUIP_EquipmentCode)
Click the Picklist icon to select the piece of equipment you wish to link to this Staff ID record.
Equipment records are maintained in Equipment Management.
DeleteIssue Date (MTPREQUIP_IssueDate)
Click the Calendar icon to select the date on which you issued this equipment to the Staff Member record with which you are working.
DeleteReturn Date (MTPREQUIP_ReturnDate)
This field is applicable only if the Staff Member has returned this piece of Equipment.
Click the Calendar icon to select the date on which the Staff Member returned this piece of equipment.

Select the Returned option.
Returned (MTPREQUIP_Returned)
This field is applicable only if the Staff Member has returned this piece of Equipment.
Click the Calendar icon to select the date on which the Staff Member returned this piece of equipment.

Select the Returned option.
Automatically Log Equipment (MTPREQUIP_AutoLog)
Select this option to have the system automatically log this Equipment when the Staff Member to whom it is linked is assigned a job in the Combination Log. If selecting this option, be sure to:
- Flag the piece of Equipment as a Resource in Equipment Update.
- Set the Charge Basis for this piece of Equipment to "Hour Meter" in Equipment Update.
- Enable the option to Auto Log Linked Equipment on your Combination Log profile.
De-select this option if you do not want to have this Equipment logged when the Staff Member to whom it is linked is assigned to a job in the Combination Log.
DeleteNotes (MTPREQUIP_Notes)
Enter any additional notes that are needed with regard to the piece of equipment being linked or the Staff ID with which you are working.
This field will accept up to 100 characters.
DeleteParent ID (MTPREquip_ParentID)
You will not visit this field.
This field displays the system-generated Parent ID value for this record.
Delete
