Household Benefits are used by US Military garrisons to track monetary benefits that have been awarded to households for circumstances, such as active duty deployments, etc.

Benefit Code (SAHouseholdBenefits_BenefitCode)
Select the Benefit Code you want to add. If you are updating an existing benefit record, you will not visit this field.
Benefit Codes are maintained in System Code Management. Type = Household Benefit.
DeleteQualifying Family Member (SAHouseholdBenefits_QualifyingPersonID)
Select the family member to whom this benefit applies.
DeleteBegin Date (SAHouseholdBenefits_BeginDate)
Enter the beginning and ending dates for the benefit in the appropriate fields. If the benefit does not expire, select an ending date far into the future. The date range you enter should be the date range as it appears on the soldier's orders. For example, the Household Benefit Code you're adding is Active Duty Deployment. You would enter the deployment dates as they appear on the soldier's orders in this field.
The Household Benefit System Code has fields for Days Before and Days After to account for scenarios where benefits start or end after the actual date range.
