The Lottery Group Management program allows you to add, update, delete, and clone Lottery Groups for your Activity Sections.
A Lottery Group allows you to set specific “Lottery Mode” settings for the Activity Sections that are linked to that Lottery Group.
When an Activity Section that is linked to a Lottery Group has a Registration Option set to “Lottery:”
- That Section inherits the lottery-specific settings defined by the Lottery Group.
- That Section becomes searchable and selectable when enrolling into that Lottery Group on WebTrac or via Global Sales.
Buttons on the screen….
Click Add to continue to the Lottery Group Update screen to create a new Lottery Group.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Lottery Group Update screen to edit the selected Lottery Group.
Highlight/select an existing record and click More • Delete to remove it from the database.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Clone to continue to the Record Clone program to clone the selected Lottery Group.

The Lottery Group Management DataGrid lists all of the Lottery Groups in your system that you have Permissions to view. Scroll up/down to view the records as needed.
