Use the Web Graphical Bulk Clone screen to bulk create buttons for the specified ticket seats or rental items. Bulk Clone simplifies the process of creating dozen(s) or more of new buttons, ensures they all look the same and link to their respective RecTrac Rentals/Tickets. The new buttons are created in a grid pattern, in rows and columns based on your specifications. You specify the horizontal and vertical spacing between buttons, the maximum buttons per row, and other criteria to control the results.
The Next Line At Row Change field enables you to start a new row of buttons when the Serialized Ticket's assigned Row designation changes. Applies only to Serialized Tickets that have a Row assigned on the POS Serial Ticket Update screen. This helps you quickly create seating as you would use for concerts and other similar events with that information available.
After using this operation, you can group select buttons and move them as a group.
- Hold the CTRL key and then click on each button and then release the CTRL key.
- A Move icon displays when your cursor is over this group of selected buttons.
- Click, drag, and then drop the group where you want them.

DeleteHorizontal Pixels to Next Button (ButtonPosition_LeftPixels)

DeleteVertical Pixels to Next Line (ButtonPosition_TopNextLinePixels)
Enter the vertical pixel spacing between this button and the next row of buttons. This option staggers rows of buttons when a value greater than zero is entered.
DeleteHorizontal Pixels to Next Line (ButtonPosition_LeftNextLinePixels)
Accept the default value (zero) or specify a different value as needed.
Entering zero creates a grid pattern where Row-1 Button-1, and Row-2 Button-1 start at exactly the same horizontal position.

Greater than zero indents additional rows (Row-2 Button-1) by the horizontal position you specify. This is helpful when you have a seating pattern with indented rows. For Example: You might have square buttons that are 20 by 20 pixels for each seat in a concert event space. Each row is indented by one full seat width. You would enter 20-pixels into the Horizontal Pixels to Next Line field to accomplish this.
