The Military Branch/Grade/Rank Update program allows you to add, update, and delete Military Branch/Grade/Rank codes. You use this program to create the proper associations between Pay Grade (i.e. E-1, E-5, O-3, etc…) and Rank (i.e. Private, Sergeant, Captain, etc…) as they pertain to the various branches of the US Military.
Generally speaking, this program is used in US Military Morale, Welfare, and Rec (MWR) and CYMS Databases only.

Military Branch/Grade/Rank Codes (SAMILITARYGRADEMain_DataGrid)
The Military Branch/Grade/Rank Management DataGrid lists all the Military Branch/Grade/Rank Codes currently established in your system. Scroll up/down to view the Military Branch/Grade/Rank Codes or scroll left/right to view additional details.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
Buttons on the screen…
Click Add to continue to the Military Branch/Grade/Rank Updatescreen to create a new Military Branch/Grade/Rank code.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Military Branch/Grade/Rank Update screen to edit the selected record.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Delete to remove it from the database.
Click More • Export to continue to the File Maintenance Export screen where you can select records in the DataGrid to export. The export creates an XML file which can be viewed/saved from the Document Center.
The export/import process provides an easy way to move records between RecTrac databases if necessary.
