The Backup profile determines the Save settings for the backup files of your Database that are created as a result of your Backup Scheduled Event.
Note: Backups of your database can be restored using the Restore Utility. The Restore Utility also provides "Live to Demo" functionality to initialize a copy of your RecTrac database to Demo for training/practice purposes.
Making changes to a profile is an Audited Event. Additionally, Linking, Removing, Purging, and Cloning profiles are also Audited Events.

This field is applicable only if you are opting to store copies of your backups in a secondary location
Select this option to have the system delete backup files from your Copy Backups directory as they are deleted from your Backup Folder directory. Selecting this option will keep the two directories in synch.

The weekly backup will be created the first time a backup is run on the day selected. For Example: Your Weekly Backup Day is Friday. You create two (2) backups daily one at 07:00am and one at 07:00pm. When the 07:00am backup runs on Friday the system will find the 07:00pm backup from Thursday (the most recent backup) and rename it to xx-xx-xxxx-7-00pm-weekly.vsibackup.
