The eRange profile allows you to store Customer ID and Password information for your eRange account.
eRange is a third-party software product that is used to operate golf ball dispensers at a driving range.

Making changes to a profile is an Audited Event. Additionally, Linking, Removing, Purging, and Cloning profiles are also Audited Events.

eRange Customer ID (SAProfileDetails_ERCustomerID)
Enter your Customer ID as given to you by eRange.

PIN Font Size (SAProfileDetails_PINFontSize)
Accept the defualt value in this field or expand the Drop-down list to select the font size for the PIN. The value you select will be the font size for the PIN when printed on receipts. Select 10" to have the PIN print in the same size as the standard receipt font or go smaller or larger as desired.
DeleteeRange Customer Password (SAProfileDetails_ERCustomerPassword)
Enter your Customer ID Password as given to you by eRange.
Passwords are masked in RecTrac. Passwords in RecTrac appear either as a series of pipes" or dots in password fields (i.e. | | | | | or •••••).There is no Permission that allows you to see an actual password. There is no Report in RecTrac that will display a password.
Additionally RecTrac user passwords and WebTrac user passwords are encrypted based on the configuration settings as maintained on your Encryption profile.
