The Weather Management program allows you to enter the day's weather conditions for a selected golf course. A new record should be created at the end of each day for each golf course. Weather information can be printed on the Golf Rounds report.
Note: In the event inclement weather, such as morning frost, a thunderstorm, etc., forces you to suspend tee times on a given day, you can use the Tee Time Adjustment program to push your tee times by a set number of minutes to account for the time delay. For example, at 2:07pm lightning is reported at your golf course and you suspend play. The All Clear is given at 2:35pm, a delay of 28 minutes. Just prior to resuming play, you could use the Tee Time Adjustment program to push your tee times 28-30 minutes so that members whose tee times were disallowed during the suspension could tee off in the proper order of the tee sheet.
