Why are fees only showing for the first reservation in a multi-day reservation?

Problem
I am trying to book a facility for multiple days, but the fees are only charged for the first day. Each additional day says there is no fee to adjust. How can we fix this so the daily facility reservation fee gets charged for each day of the reservation?
Solution
This is caused by the Time Count Type being set as a flat rate on the fee on the facility. If the type is changed, it will charge for every date in the series.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Facility Management.
- From the DataGrid, highlight the desired facility.
- Click Change.
- Click on the Fees tab.
- From the Fees DataGrid, highlight the desired fee.
- Click Change > Advanced Fee Change.
- Expand the Time-Based Settings group.
- Change Time Count Type to Daily.
- Click Save to save the Fee.
- Click Save to save the Facility.
The next time you go to reserve this facility for multiple dates, you should see the proper fees for all dates.
