Fees populate in Global Sales but not in Tee Time Processing

Problem
I can make purchases of tee times in Global Sales but when I use Tee Time Processing the fees do not populate. How can we set up Tee Time Processing to allow for tee time purchases?
Solution
You need to ensure that the service item is linked under Golf Course Management before the item can be purchased in the tee sheet.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Golf Course Management.
- From the DataGrid, highlight your golf course.
- Click Change.
- Use the picklist next to Linked Service Items.
- From the DataGrid, highlight all applicable service items and or greens fees.
- Click Select.
- Click Save.
Return to your Tee Sheet, you should now be able to process a transaction with the linked service items.
