How to ask guests questions only once for ticket sales

Problem
How can we ask patrons questions only once when purchasing tickets as a guest? Patrons currently have to re-enter their answers for each ticket they are adding to the cart.
Solution
Use the combined fee prompt setting in the ticket's core - miscellaneous settings tab.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Ticket Management.
- From the DataGrid, highlight the ticket.
- Click Change.
- Expand the Miscellaneous Settings group.
- Toggle on Use Combined Fee prompt?
- Click Save.
The next time multiples of this ticket are purchased, the patron will only have to answer the questions once for the entire batch of tickets.
