3.1 Visit Waivers linked to Pass Types are not displaying during Visit Processing
Problem
We are trying to use the Visit Waiver by Pass Type feature and have different Visit Waivers linked to different Pass Types (Visit Waiver A to Pass A, Visit Waiver B to Pass B, for example).
This isn't working. The same Waiver (Waiver A) keeps displaying for all Pass Types during Visit Processing regardless of what Visit Waiver we linked to the Pass. What's wrong with our setup?
Solution
Ensure you do NOT have a Visit Waiver linked in the Waiver Code field on your Visit profile(s) (Miscellaneous group). If Waiver A is displaying when Pass B is swiped, it is likely Waiver A is still linked to your Visit profile.
When assigning Visit Waivers by Pass Type, you cannot have a Visit Waiver listed on your Visit Profile, as the waiver linked there takes precedence over the Visit Waiver linked in the Waiver Code field for a Pass in Pass Update (Additional Settings group).
Clear the Waiver Code field on your Visit Profile(s), save changes and launch Visit Processing again.
