What does the color coding on the 3.1 Visit Processing DataGrid signify?
Questions
What does the color coding on the Visit Processing DataGrid signify? When was it added? Can it be changed/removed
Answers
Color coding on the Visit Processing DataGrid was introduced in RecTrac 3.1.06.08. Colors are hard-coded and cannot be changed or suppressed. The color coding key can be found by clicking the Options button for the DataGrid. This is what they mean:
- White - Regular pass visit. Member is swiped in (also shows swiped out, if you're tracking that).
- Red - Incomplete Visit. This visit contains prompts that have not been addressed. Highlight/select the visit record, click Complete Visit and then address the prompts that appear, if any.
A quick note about this: When running in Attended Mode, you should never see Incomplete Visits. Incomplete Visits should be encountered only when processing in UnAttended Mode or Background Visit/Access Visit Processing Mode and only when a Visit has prompts that need to be addressed. - Gold - Denied. Any denied visit for any reason.
- Green - Visits with Ticklers. A Tickler is attached to this visit, either on the Household or on the Member's pass.
A note about this, too: To add a 'Tickler' column to the Visit Processing DataGrid, click the Options button and go to Show Settings. Enable the 'Tickler' options as needed. Regardless of whether you opt to include the Tickler column on your DataGrid, any visit linked to a tickler will display in green.
