Problem
Patron's pass is not printing.
Solution
Ensure Print one ID per Family Member instead of one ID per Pass Membership? is disabled on the Daily Processing profile and then try printing the pass again.
Steps For Solution
- In RecTrac 3.1, search for and go to Profile Management or Profile Assignments.
- Open the Daily Processing profile associated with the user attempting to print pass.
- Find the option for Print one ID per Family Member istead of one ID per Pass Membership and disable it. Typically this is in the Miscellaneous Information group.
- Save your changes.
- Attempt to print the pass again.
