The Bulk Pass Print program allows you to search for, select, and print multiple passes at one time. Search criteria at the top of the screen return matching records to the DataGrid on the lower half of the screen. The Create Print Jobs button sends a request to the AppServer which, when complete, enables the Print Passes button. The system notifies you when the passes have been printed.
When multiple passes are to be printed, the system will print them in Household Number order, so a pass for Household #415 will be printed before a pass for Household #1912 even if the Pass Number for Household #1912 is first numerically or the Pass Code is first alphabetically.
