Status (GlobalSalesStatusUpdate_StatusOption)
Expand the Drop-down list to select the Status for this Member's Pass, if desired.
- Active - The pass is active and can be used for Visit Processing and other purposes, such Membership requirements for an Activity registrations, etc….
- Revoked - The pass is not valid and cannot be used for Visit Processing or other purposes.
- Lost - The Member has reported the pass is lost. A lost pass is invalid and cannot be used for Visit Processing or other purposes. In the event of a lost pass, you should issue a replacement to the Member using the Lost Card option.
- Suspended - The pass is temporarily invalid. When selecting Suspended, enter a Suspension Date Range. The pass will revert to Active once the end Suspension Date passes.
Suspension Begin Date (GlobalSalesStatusUpdate_BeginDate)
This field is applicable only if the Pass Status is Suspended
Enter the on which the pass suspension will begin.
DeleteSuspension End Date (GlobalSalesStatusUpdate_EndDate)
This field is applicable only if the Pass Status is Suspended

DeleteSuspend Billing (GlobalSalesStatusUpdate_SuspendBilling)
This field is applicable only if the Pass Status is Suspended
Select this option to suspend any Installment Bills linked to this pass during the period of time over which it is suspended if desired. Only the bills will a Billing Date that falls within the dates of the suspension will be impacted.
For Example: You bill monthly. On 08 January you suspend a Member's pass for two (2) months until 08 March. You opt to Suspend Billing. The Member's Installment Bills for February and March will be suspended because the 01 February and 01 March billing dates fall within the dates of the suspension.
Note: Once this option is selected the filled label changes to Unsuspend Bill. When selected suspended bill in records will revert to Unbilled.
Notes (GlobalSalesStatusUpdate_Notes)
This field is used only if you are suspending a pass.
Enter any Notes you wish to associate with this Member's pass during its suspension period. When a member with a suspended pass attempts to check in the Notes you enter here will display.
Note: If the Prompt for Daily Visit with Invalid Pass option is selected on your Visit profile then these notes will not display. This is because you will be prompted to sell a Daily Pass instead of seeing the suspension notice.
Pass Tickler (GlobalSalesStatusUpdate_PassTickler)
Enter a Tickler for this Member's pass, if desired. Pass Ticklers display during Visit Processing.
Unlike Household Ticklers that display whenever a Household is selected in a Daily Processing (Global Sales, Visit Processing, etc…), Pass Ticklers display during Visit Process ONLY and ONLY for the Member whose pass contains the Tickler.
Note: Pop-up messages in RecTrac such as ticklers can be formatted using HTML. Basic knowledge of HTML allows you to customize ticklers and other pop-up messages through use of:
- Carriage returns/paragraphing and breaks (<p> </p> <br />)
- Font effects such as:
- Bold type (<strong>This text will be bold.</strong>)
- Italicized type (<em>This text will be italicized.</em>)
- Colors (<span style="color:HEX code">This text will be in red.</span>)
-
Click-able Hyperlinks
- Email (<a href="mailto:emailaddress@domain.com?subject="Email from RecTrac popup messages" style="color:#0000FF;">Email Me</a>)
- Images (<a href="http://your_server/folder/picture.jpg" target="_blank" style="color:#0000FF;">Click here to see the image</a>)
- External Websites (<a href="http://somewebsite.com" target=_blank" style="color:#0000FF;">Go to this website</a>)
- Embedded images (<img src="http://your_public_facing_server/folder/picture.jpg" width="" height=""/>)
- etc…
Insert the <HTML tags> along with your text.
For example entering something like this: "<p>This is a tickler.><br /><span style="color:#FF0000;">This is the same tickler using red text.</span></p>"
Would create a tickler that displays like this:
"This is a tickler.
This is the same tickler using red text."
HTML formatting works with messages that display in RecTrac only. HTML formatting will not work for comment type fields that print on receipts and reports. The process used to render the .pdf simply prints whatever text it finds in the field so if you use HTML tags in a receipt comment for example you'll get the raw HTML on the receipt instead of your planned formatting.
