The Installment Billing Update Details screen allows you to make changes to the Billing Type (Installment Bill, ACH, Credit Card or Payroll Deduction) for the record you selected on the previous screen. Depending on the option you choose, other fields and/or buttons for Account Numbers and etc… will appear. You would use this screen in the event you (or a patron) decides to change billing methods for the record selected. For Example: You could change an ACH withdrawal to a Credit Card auto-debit or a Credit Card auto-debit to a regular Installment Bill, etc….
Note: An Audit Log entry is made when this program is used.
Buttons on the screen…
Click Save to save your changes. You will be returned to the previous screen.
Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without saving changes, if needed.

Billing Type (InstallmentBillingUpdateDetails_BillType)
This field displays the Billing Type currently linked to the Billing Plan in the DataGrid. Accept the default entry in this field or expand the Drop-down list for and select the new option, if desired. Entries in this list (Installment Billing, ACH, Credit Card, and/or Payroll Deduction) are they types you opted to include on the Installment Billing Template for the item to which this plan is linked.
DeleteAuto Debit Information (InstallmentBillingUpdateDetails_BillingInfo)
You will not visit this field.
This field displays the Auto Debit Information (if any) linked to the Billing Type you selected.
- If Installment Billing - No Auto Debit Information.
- If ACH - Bank Account information.
- If Credit Card - Credit Card information.
- If Payroll Deduction - No Account informaiton.
If applicable click the Add/Change… button to add or select the new account.
DeletePreNoted (InstallmentBillingUpdateDetails_PreNote)
If the Billing Type is ACH and the linked bank account has gone through the Prenote process, this option will be selected. You also have the option of selecting it manually. Prenoting is an Installment Billing option.
Delete
