The Equipment Sign In/Out program allows to you link (sign out) Equipment to Staff Members and unlink it (sign in) when the Equipment is returned.

The Equipment DataGrid lists all Equipment that is currently signed out, provided you have Permissions to see it. Scroll up/down to view the Equipment Codes or scroll left/right to view addition

Buttons on the screen…
Click Sign Out to continue to the Equipment Sign Out screen to create a record showing that Equipment has been issued to a Staff Member.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Sign In to remove it from the DataGrid. This action indicates the Staff Member has returned the Equipment.
Note: Linked Equipment also can be returned (signed in) from Staff Member Update using the Return Linked Equipment. On the standard VSI Design to go Staff Update • MainTrac information tab &@8226; Linked Equipment DataGrid.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Delete to remove it from the DataGrid without processing a return. You might use this button in the event the Equipment is lost.
To exit this program click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
