Items to Split (OpenTicketSplit_SplitItems)
This screen allows you to split a single ticket into multiple tickets. You would use this screen when a large party requests separate checks.
Dividers
- Click the New Ticket button to create a new divider on the right side.
- The divider will show the number of items between it and the next divider.
- Clicking the Minus button on a divider will remove the divider.
- Clicking the Minus button on an item will move it back to the left column.
- You can drag and drop" items or dividers to re-order them as needed.
The Split Button
- Click Split to create a new ticket for each set of items between the dividers.
- You must have items between the dividers before clicking Split If there are no items between the dividers when you click Split the system will not create a new ticket.
- Items on the left-most column will remain on the original ticket when you click Split.
- If all items on the left-most column are moved/split off to new tickets the original ticket will be deleted.
- Upon returning to the Open Ticket DataGrid all the tickets involved in the split will be selected.

- Selecting multiple tickets and clicking Print Subtotal will print each ticket separately.
