The Criteria Group contains filters specific to the report you are running.
Report Options
Sort Option (ReportOptionsARParticipation_SortOption)
Expand the Drop-down list to select your Sort Option.
- Activity - By Activity.
- Date - By Section Start Date.
- Location - By Location. If an Activity meets in multiple locations, the report will use the first location found.
Total Option (ReportOptionsARParticipation_TotalOption)
Expand the Drop-down list to select your Total Option.
- Class Hours - Displays the total number of Class Hours for each activity, multiplies that number by the number of Enrollees and then displays the total Participation Hours for the entire roster. For Example: If a class has three (3) enrollees and meets for a total of six (6) hours, then the Participation Hours would equal 18.

Maximum Enrollment Hours - The number of Class Hours displayed on the report when using this option is calculated based on the maximum number of enrollees allowed for the selected program(s). If the maximum number of enrollees allowed in the class is greater than zero, then the report will convert the length of the class (in seconds) to hours, multiply the number of class hours by the number of days the class meets, and then multiply that by the maximum number of enrollees allowed in the class. For Example: if a class has a maximum enrollment count of 99, and meets six (6) times for an hour each meeting, then the Class Hours would be 99 x 6 = 594.
When using the Maximum Enrollment Hours option, Participation Hours are calculated by dividing the total hours by the maximum number of enrollees, and then multiplying that by the actual number of enrollees. Using the previous examples, the result would be : (594/99) = 6 x 3 enrollees = 18. - Sessions - Displays the total number of meeting sessions and multiplies that amount by the number of enrollees to get the total User Visits.
