ReportOptionsMilitaryStatusStatisticsReport Help
The Criteria Group contains filters specific to the report you are running.
Report Options
Process Option (ReportOptionsMilitaryStatusStatisticsReport_ProcessOption)
Select your Process Option.
- Single Military - Any single Sponsor with an M-" status.
- Single Non-Military Status Parent - Any single Sponsor with a non-military status.
- Single Mil/Parent - Options 1 and 2 combined.
- Dual Military - Any household with a Sponsor and Spouse both with an "M-" status.
- Dual or Single Military - Options 1 and 4 combined.
- Any Military Status (Sponsor) - Any Sponsor (single or dual) with an "M-" status.
- Non-Military Status (Sponsor) - Any Sponsor (single or dual) with a non-military status.
- None - Any Sponsor (single or dual) with no military status.
- All - Any Sponsor (single or dual) with any status.
"Single" is defined as any household with a primary guardian (Sponsor) and no secondary guardian (Spouse).
DeleteCategories To Print (ReportOptionsMilitaryStatusStatisticsReport_PrintCategories)
Select the category/categories you want to include on your output. Multiple selection is allowed. This is a Mandatory field for the default Vermont Systems design. Your design and setup may vary.
The following Categories count Households and not Family Members meaning a Household with two or more children will be counted once only:
- Branch
- Grade
- Household Features
- Income Category
- On/Off Post
- Rank
- Unit
- USDA Category
The following Categories count Family Members meaning a Household with multiple children will be counted as many times as they have children that meet the search criteria:
- Age Group
- Family Member Features
- Gender
- Special Needs
Note: When including Household or Family Member Feature codes you must make appropriate selections in the Family Member Features and/or Household Features fields.
Family Member Features (ReportOptionsMilitaryStatusStatisticsReport_FamilyMemberFeatures)
Select the family member features you want to include. Multiple selection is allowed

DeleteHousehold Features (ReportOptionsMilitaryStatusStatisticsReport_HouseholdFeatures)
Select the household features you want to include. Multiple selection is allowed

Leave this field at 0 Selected to skip this filter.
DeleteAging Date (ReportOptionsMilitaryStatusStatisticsReport_AgingDate)
Select your Aging Date option for this report.

Take appropriate action in the right-hand column to specify the actual date you wish to select.
Refer to RecTrac Date/Time Select Fields for a listing of selection definitions and examples.
The Aging Date calculates a family member?s age as of the date entered in this field. If no Aging Date is used CYMS will calculate ages as of the date as of "today."
Note: The Aging Date is applicable only when including the Age Group category.
Print Detail of Family Members Used (ReportOptionsMilitaryStatusStatisticsReport_PrintFamilyMemberDetail)
Select this option to include a list of all Family Members pulled by the report. The Detail Listing includes the Family Member Name, Sponsor Status/Grade/Rank/Service Branch, On(Yes)/Off(No)Post Housing, Gender, Age Group, Special Needs? (Yes/No), DoD Income Category and USDA Rate for each Family Member included.
Note: This option is good for trouble shooting as it prints the data being summarized. When outputting to .pdf the report will include only the first seven (7) summary option it finds. When outputting to .csv it will list all the categories you select.
