The Criteria Group contains filters specific to the report you are running.
Facility Availability Report Options
Information Option (ReportOptionsReservationStatsReport_InfoOption)
Expand the Drop-down list to select your Information Option.
- Reservation Category - Refers to your Reservation Category 1, 2, and 3 Codes For Example: If you use the Reservation Categories to track Event Types, Print Options, and Site Types, then the report would display totals for these categories. Reservation Category Codes are maintained in System Code Management.
- Fee - This will print information such as the fee amount discount fee paid and net due for each reservation within the selected range. When selected columns for Fee Amount Discount Fee Paid and Net Due replace the Reservation Category 1 2 and 3 columns on the report output.
Print Reservation Category Totals? (ReportOptionsReservationStatsReport_PrintTypeTotals)
Select this option to have the report print a summary section on the report that includes the totals of your various Reservation Category 1, 2, 3 Code totals.
DeletePrint HH Category Totals? (ReportOptionsReservationStatsReport_PrintHHCatTotals)
Select this option to have the report print a summary section that lists your various Household Category Code reservation totals. Household Category Codes are maintained in System Code Management.
Note: Internal reservations will be listed by the Category of the Internal Household you used when making the reservation. Typically this is your non-resident Household Category Code.
