The Shuffle Lockers program allows you to associate locks with lockers randomly. This is a good option for departments, such as universities, who have lockers with removable locks and who like to ensure that the same lock is not associated the same locker each time it is used.
Using this program is easy and straight-forward :
- Pick a range of lockers.
- Pick a range of locks.
- Click Process. The program runs on the AppServer, and the Notification Center will alert you when it completes. The system also produces a by-product report that shows you the lock and locker association.
Notes: Locks must be removed from the lockers in RecTrac. In other words: lockers cannot have locks linked to/associated with them.
Locks have to have a status of "Available."
