Using Filters in your Control Options is a good idea if you want to switch quickly to different Locations or to different resources, etc….
-
Feature Match - A Drop-down list that displays options for Match All and Match Any. This Control works in conjunction with the Features Filter (SuperGrid Filters group • <Module> Feature List field) to filter resources based on your selection (Match All or Match Any) and the Feature Codes linked to the item. For Example:
- Match All - The patron is looking for a facility that has a kitchen area, and restrooms, and a volleyball court. The clerk can input these features as search criteria and then by choosing "Match All", ONLY those facilities with all three (3) features will display as options.
- Match Any - the patron is looking for a facility that has a kitchen area, and/or restrooms, and/or a volleyball court. The clerk can input these features as search criteria and by choosing "Match Any," any facility that has one or more of these features will display as options.
-
Notes:
- The Feature Match query works within any default search values given on the SuperGrid. For Example: If the default Facility Class is "Pavilion," then when running the Feature Match search, the system will search only those facilities that have "Pavilion" as their Facility Class.
- Feature Match is NOT designed for use with Personal Trainers. However, if you choose to use it with Personal Trainers, then be aware that the Match Option is hardcoded to "Match Any" regardless of your setting in the field on SuperGrid.
-

When using Model-Household mode, the SuperGrid will block out any dates/times where a Rule is in effect that would disallow a Reservation based on the Model Household you selected. For Example: Your Model Household uses the Resident Fee Code. Pavilion reservations for Residents can be made no sooner than 48 hours in advance. With that Rule in place on your Pavilion Facility Class, the SuperGrid will show the Rule Warning for "today" and "tomorrow," thus disallowing selection for a Reservation. The "day after tomorrow" and all subsequent days will how as open for booking. By default, the SuperGrid displays No Rule Processing. Default settings are maintained in the Default Search Values group.

-
Auto Finish Transaction - Upon clicking the Payment button, the system will process through the Payment Screen automatically. Fees will be charged, but no payments will be registered. This is a good option if you do NOT charge fees at the time a reservation is made, but rather collect on the date of the event.

- Every reservation begins /ends at the times selected, regardless of where you click in the SuperGrid when making the reservation. So if your Default Begin/End Event Times are 3:00pm-6:00pm and you click the 10:00am slot on the SuperGrid, the reservation will be placed at 3:00pm.
- If you are using Default Event Begin Time only, the system will make the reservation at the Default Begin Time and it will run the length of your Default Event Length, in either Minutes, Hours or Days.
- If you are using Default Event End Time only, the system will make the reservation at the time you choose, and it will run through to your End Time.
-
Default Event Times (Minutes/Hours/Days) - Drop-down lists that allow you to select the value that corresponds to your default reservation time. By default, the SuperGrid does not use Default Event Times. If Default Event Minutes, Hours, and Days are all set to '0,' the system will use 60 minutes as the Default Event Length. Default settings are maintained in the Default Search Values group.

-

By default, the Rental SuperGrid does uses No - Show All Resources. Default settings are maintained in the Default Search Values group.
Note: If using Yes - Show Available Resources Only then be aware the system will only check to see whether the resource is available in the first block displayed in the SuperGrid; it does not check any further than that. For Example: The SuperGrid shows Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 8:00pm in 30 minute blocks. The system will check the 8:00-8:30am time block on Monday only. If the resource is available for that time block, then it will show in the SuperGrid. If the resource is NOT available during that time block, then it will not show on the SuperGrid, even if it is available during a later block.
-
