The Tee Time Adjustment program allows you to push out tee times by a set number of minutes for a range of golf courses on one date, beginning at a given time. You would use this program in the event something impacts your tee times on a given day, such as a weather delay due to morning frost or a thunderstorm, etc…. For Example: At 2:07pm lightning is reported at your golf course and you suspend play. The All Clear is given at 2:35pm, a delay of 28 minutes. Just prior to resuming play, you would use this program to push your tee times 28-30 minutes so that members whose tee times were disallowed during the suspension could tee off in the proper order of the tee sheet.
To Run the Tee Time Adjustment Program
- From Golf Course Management, click the Tee Time Adjustment button. You will continue to the Tee Time Adjustment program.
- Click the Picklist buttons for Begin and End Course to select the range of golf courses for which you wish to push tee times.

Using the examples above, all tee times for the day would be adjusted by 30 minutes beginning with the 2:10pm Tee Time. The 2:10pm tee time would be pushed to 2:40pm. The 2:17pm tee time would be pushed to 2:47pm. The 2:25pm tee time would be pushed to 2:55, etc…
