and we are live with this very special virtual symposium edition of RecChat. So the virtual symposium, oh, first of all, where are my manners? We are joined today by Robert Kirk, who is not our least frequent participant. That's a that's his title. So he's joining us from support, but he's also going to be presenting our very first virtual symposium session about rules with me, so I wanted to have him join us. And oh, yeah, we've been looking to get the theme song on Spotify and iTunes, so we'll let everybody know when that happens. Thank you, Stephanie. We are. So we're just going to talk a little bit about what the virtual symposiums are, what the goals for them are, and give you guys a little bit more information about what it will look like and answer some of the questions that we've been receiving the past couple of weeks. So the first question goes to Robert, though, are you excited?
Robert Kirk 1:36
Very excited. Can't wait. I got my first live symposium experience this past fall. I'm really looking forward to the virtual symposiums.
Zach Malloch 1:43
Yeah, so Robert, and I kind of have tag team rules and fees at the Vermont symposium. So he'll be doing discover rules I'll be doing explore rules, the two weeks after that, he'll be doing discover fees. And I'll be doing explore fees two weeks after that. And the the basic levels of discover, explore, discover is more for people that are newer to the system, or they're not as they wouldn't classify themselves as an expert in a particular topic. They are wanting to get more of a handle on some of the basics, but also, more conceptually, what is this thing that we're working on. And then the Explorer will be more for people who have that pretty solid foundational work, and they want to go to the next step beyond those things. So let's talk about how we're going to communicate that to you and how you can then determine which of your staff would be most useful to have involved in this. So the whole purpose is to make the content that we do at our main symposiums more accessible to more people through this way we know not everybody can get to Vermont, in the fall. It's beautiful. We have a fun time. It's great, actually, this year is going to be summer and fall. So we're going to have an August session and then an October session. And for anybody that's been to Vermont in either of those times. It's beautiful. Right now, today, February, a little bit snowing. But other than that, it's great. So if you can't get here, it's awesome. But there's expense. There's airplane tickets, there's hotels, as your food. There's maybe drink if that happens at all. But this is going to be a subscription basis, I saw that Leigha posted the basics, for everything right in chat to get everybody down there. You can subscribe for $600 a year. And that will give you access to as many people in the organization as you want to participate. And access to an archive of all the sessions will be recording them and posting them afterwards. If you don't think that you want to do the entire season or if $600 is a little bit steep for a full year, you will be able to register ala carte for individual sessions. So what that does is for $50, you'll be able to participate in a single session, you'll be able to distribute that and have as many people in your organization join as you want to. But you won't get access to the archive, there's a little bit of the admin side of things that makes that a little bit more difficult to do. And it is just that one session. So it breaks down to roughly $25 per session. If you go for the full year and $50 per session, if you're gonna do it more the ala carte options. But ala carte once again, send it to as many people in the organization as you want to they can all attend and ask questions in real time. I also wanted to point out that we've gotten some questions about how will we actually attend we've got we've had people subscribing and they've been signing up and adding it to their annual maintenance. But we haven't sent out the registration link. We'll actually be doing that later today. And we're going to include your outline for what discover rules actually is going to be
Robert Kirk 4:47
absolutely
Zach Malloch 4:48
Can you tell us just a little bit about that Robert?
Robert Kirk 4:50
Sure! so rules can be as Zach said, you know, pretty complex pretty in depth. So the Discover rules section. What we're really going to touch on is full One of the more common types of things you want to think about when setting up rules for your organization, so little teaser, you're gonna see some allow versus disallow some of the more common criteria. So an age rule, a transaction date rule, kind of how you can limit or allow registrations or purchases based on those were to link things. So there's linking levels that we'll talk about. And then transaction types. It's not just purchases, we can really do anything with you know, visits, or rentals, golf, booking anything like that, that's in RecTrac, we can kind of lock down or allow using our rules.
Zach Malloch 5:43
So that's, that's going to be the Discover side of it, and then explore, we'll get a little bit more into the management side. So if you're pretty comfortable with configuring criteria for rules, or you know how to take advantage of the blinking levels to some degree, then the Explorer will get deeper into management, built criteria changes, or groups, and you're going to be doing some of that also. But using sets and, and things like that, you can really bring a lot more efficiency and power to the way that you use roles in your organization. So what you guys can expect, if you have subscribed is by the end of today, we will be sending out the registration link, as well as a copy of the outline for Robert session, that will then be sent to the main user, whoever made that request for the quote, they'll get the email with the outline and the link. And then you can feel free to distribute that to absolutely anybody in your organization, they can register up to five minutes before the session starts. But we'd recommend that you take a bit of time before that. So each registration form is also going to include a space for particular specific questions or areas that you want to cover during that session. And then we'll do our best to integrate that specific request and really customize the session to the people that are going to be participating and have particular things that they want to get through. So that's, you know, this isn't just going to be playing a video and letting it go, this is going to be us in real time, watching chat, getting questions, bringing them up to Robert, if it's me moderating his session, or him bringing them up to me if it's him moderating my session, and really doing as customized as we can, and answering your questions specifically. Alright, so the first session is next Thursday. And that's, that's going to be the first one. And from that point forward, we're gonna be doing, how many months Robert?
Robert Kirk 7:35
we're gonna be doing two a month. So yeah, we're gonna do the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, and you know, the topics will be distributed ahead of time. So you can kind of know what you're you're going to get yourself into, on each of those particular days there. So, look, look for those and, you know, maybe pick out ones that you're interested in. And you can kind of hop between the Discover explorer, depending on, you know, how comfortable you are with different topics.
Zach Malloch 8:06
And they are designed to kind of shoehorn a little bit with each other. So if you, even if you have a pretty good understanding of rules, I would still recommend that you take, excuse me, take discover, and then also take explore. And they're kind of designed to sort of Build on each other as well. Or if you have somebody that thinks that they have a more basic understanding, they can come in for Discover rules, and then expand up to explore things to gain that extra level of understanding. So hopefully, it's flexible and varied enough to make it interesting and worthwhile to as many people as possibly can be. So we kind of talked about how you can or the options for signing up, we have this subscription, which is for the full year, every other Thursday or twice a month on Thursdays, there are many months before Thursday, five Thursday, we'll find out Sure. Or soon, I'm sure. And then we'll be lost my train of thought. So subscription, you get your unlimited access, you get access to the archive $600 A month added to annual maintenance prorated based on the year. And then we have the ala carte option $50 for an individual session as many people in your organization as you want to attend, but no recording on that. If either of those options. sounds interesting to you, then you can email sales at Vermont systems or you can wave your hand at John, our gentleman from sales. He's actually the president, Owner, CEO of sales. Those titles are totally wrong, but he's very high out there and very capable of answering your sales based questions. Or you can just email sales at Vermont's systems.com If you want to wait for a minute or two. So we talked a little bit about the whole process. We'll be sending out the registration link. We'll be sending out the outline. You guys can then evaluate and determine exactly who you think in your org would best benefit from this. Distribute to that to them and then you just wait for Thursday we'll review all the questions that people have As ask us in those forms, and we'll try to incorporate those into the sessions and go from there. So let's see what else we're going to talk about. What's the session actually going to be Robert?
Robert Kirk 10:14
So the session is going to be about 45 minutes of presentation, and then hopefully 15 minutes of some question answers kind of built in at the end there, we will have Zack moderating in the back. And when it's is his turn to do the Explorer, I'm going to be back there moderating, so he'll be able to answer some questions. And if you guys ask a question, or there's a question that's brought up multiple times, maybe something that needs a little bit more clarification, he can just send me a message or I can send him a message. And we can in real time, kind of take a detour and cover that topic in a little bit more depth. So it's certainly not 45 minutes of me talking at you. And then 15 minutes of question answers, we can definitely have some, you know, live feedback question and answers as as the process goes along there. So
Zach Malloch 11:07
actually, here's a good question that just came up, do we recommend having live or Demo running during the session, that's really going to be preference for yourself. Now, in the sessions, we're going to be largely screencasting. So kind of the reverse of rec Chat, where we have the conversation, Richard, Robert and I are sitting right next to each other when working with Richard and Robert, on his outline, so apologize for the confusion there. But we'll be sitting next to each other and discussing what's happening. And I just completely lost my train of thought by messing up your name.
Robert Kirk 11:43
Alright, so that's the RecChat more of the conversation, we're going to be doing a little bit more screencasting here, kind of showing you the steps to the setup, you know, what it will look like in the system. So, you know, if you can cast it, one monitor to a big Screen, and then maybe have a laptop available, I would recommend Demo, you can always export your your rules out of Demo and in the live and you won't be, you know, inadvertently messing anything up in life. So I'm a big proponent of, you know, having Demo up and putting your rules in there. And you're, you're gonna follow along that
Zach Malloch 12:17
way. Absolutely. And the other piece about the kind of the reverse of the session having the Screen cast is, as Robert mentioned, it's going to take up most of your Screen if you want to be able to see what's happening in RecTrac. So having an extra monitor, or even maybe a little bit of a viewing party, if you have five or six people that are all interested in this particular topic and work together, well have them in the same room, and maybe one person has it on a bigger Screen, and the other people are kind of like playing around with it or taking notes or whatever variations you would imagine for that. So we are setting this at an hour, we will certainly go longer than that if we need to. So our presentation, contents are designed for that 45 minute time, but we'll continue answering questions up to a certain degree afterwards if we need to. So don't feel like you're gonna get cut off. But we do want to let as many people as want to rely on that timeframe, know that it's not gonna go too much further, although it's nice to have the extra recording options, so you can always go back to that later on. Alright, and then afterwards, we are going to take that recording, we're going to put it into RecTrac lab. So if you have that Next Gen UI available, and you have the link to get into the RecTrac lab where you get all of our walkthrough videos. By the way activity daily processing is up right now. But we will have an area in there where you can get to all the archived versions of the sessions. So if you're a subscription user, that will just automatically happen will flag your account as having the subscription. And as we upload the videos, you'll be getting access to those, we're also going to prepare a follow up document. So this will be based on the outline, but it'll just be a little bit more fully fleshed out. And it'll include some of those questions and answers that came up during the session and areas that maybe needed that extra clarification or if there's anything, I can't imagine, we wouldn't be able to answer your question live in real time. But if we need to follow up on something, we can probably use that topic doc or that document to do that follow up. So that is the majority of the overview that I wanted to get to. I don't see a ton of questions coming in right at the moment. Although maybe I can ask the panelists to start to send some of those our way. Also, this is a great time to talk a little about the QA. So as you guys see it right now you have the question and answer point and there's the ability to vote. You can upvote if that question is something that you also have a question about so we'll be mentioning this at the beginning of each session for the virtual symposiums. But keep an eye on those because there's good chance that a question was already asked And if you vote for the same question it makes a little bit easier, easier for us to see that that is really a hot topic that's coming up and should be addressed. So let's see what we're doing.
Zach Malloch 15:18
Yeah, so Colin is asking if I want to just look directly at the questions or to have posed I think for right now, if you guys want the panel's side could post into the chat, that'll give me one place to look. And I won't have to necessarily go back and forth. But if you could let me know who it was that asked the question, that would be great. So we'll let them kind of catch up on that part here. Robert, how's your day going?
Robert Kirk 15:39
It's very good, very snowy, a little bit cold. But, you know, that's Vermont in the winter. So
Zach Malloch 15:44
yeah, Chris wants to get eight to 13 inches or so.
Robert Kirk 15:46
The Mountains will be very happy. I'm sure
Zach Malloch 15:50
this riveting weather conversation brought to you by waiting for some questions. I guess we're still gathering some of those. So I'm going to start looking a little bit and I'll just go to the very first one. So Dana said you've purchased your Okay, so the difference of an over advantages of elearning subscription versus a virtual symposium. So, Darla, I think you're asking about the premium tier of elearning. So that is something that we are going to be rolling out. But it won't be towards the second half of this year. Oh, this is a really good chance to plug our our new baby Bret of goggles fame just had his second son this morning at 6:04am. So Ari Alarcon is now a part of VSI family. So we'll see if we can get a photo up here in a moment. So that premium tier for the lodge or for the the elearning stuff is going to be more for management walkthrough Type of elearning courses. The virtual symposium stuff is more for a guided Type of Type of a lecture sort of broadcast where we'll be demonstrating things on Screen. But the the elearning is going to get a little bit more of a produced video, it'll have potentially Click through walk through sort of stuff with the helpful things that you're used to with you. And so they are going to be kind of different things. Trying to think of a real quick analogy. That's a very good question. Hopefully, that helps. And if I come up with something brilliant, I'll interject moment. So going back to the next question, How soon after a training will be posted the the actual video for the session, I would imagine most times will be out on Friday after the Thursday session, I want to give us a little bit more time for the follow up document to come with that. Just with RecTrac, that sort of stuff, we've sometimes had to go a little bit longer to get the follow up documents together. So I'd like to give us a full week after the session to bring that follow up. But the video itself will be there within 24 hours of the session finishing. Let's see.
Zach Malloch 18:10
Yes, so there's a question about this was probably my typo that the 20th is going to be a another rec chat session. So this is another thing to point out. rec chat is now going to drop to every other week and it's going to intersperse with the symposiums. So first and third, Thursdays will be RecChat, second, and fourth will be symposium. And we'll have to find something interesting to do and have the actual Vermont Santos on site. But so those will be separate. And let's see, where is that question. I do know what's going to be on the 28th. And it might be interesting a lot of people, it's going to be the 3.1 Next Gen UI update. So what changes have happened since our initial that was actually our inaugural RecTrac RecChat broadcast. We're also going to be unveiling the brand new super shiny and often wanted by Bend Oregon kiosk mode. So at 3.1 kiosk mode, turn the monitor around, let your customers check themselves in potentially scan their own passes and do some other interesting things. So February 20, will be Next Gen UI update. And he asked mode for RecChat chat. And February 27 will be explore rules. Yes. Thanks for making sure I said that. Right. All right. So if we have the ala carte meeting, how will we access to the archive for that particular meeting, unfortunately, the ala carte will just be for the broadcast, there's not going to be we don't have a real easy way to get that archive to you for just a single session. If that's something where it seems like we have a lot of draw for those, we get a lot of people doing ala carte, we can revisit that but right now the the administrative time and workarounds that we'd have due for that single one off sessions are a little bit steep at the moment. Purchase the online program understand the second fourth Tuesday, Thursdays, however, a couple of these follow up on holiday fall on holidays. Thanksgiving, that's a good one, we're probably not going to broadcast on that. And then Christmas, we have actual dates. supervisor wants to book us for the entire year.
Zach Malloch 20:20
So let's have all the dates with them. Thanks for the opportunity. Awesome, Dana. We are not going to broadcast on Christmas or Thanksgiving. So we can be sure about that. And we might be able to look at adding some bonus content or doing an extra broadcast or a two hour long session or something kind of interspersed a couple times during the years to make sure that everybody does get the full amount of training time. I did want to mention something about the schedule, we have the draft schedule that we sent out with the initial survey, that's something we can send as the post response document to this session. But I don't want to get a fully fleshed out session schedule, or at least not anything set in stone more than let's say three months out. So I'd like to have the next three months really firmly planned for. But if we have something new coming out, if there's a change the way the rules and fees work, if there's a change the way the payment Screen works, like to be able to kind of interject that somewhere in the schedule. If we are trying to predict what the most pertinent topic at the end of this year is right now, we could very well be wrong about that. Like to get some of that flexibility. So if that sounds like a terrible idea, please let us know. But having a little bit about that, getting as much as we can to you but leaving a little bit about of that flexibility is going to be our goal. So let's see, we have migrated to 3.1. When will we upload these so it'll be the Friday after the session. So the first one's going to be February 13. You can spend your Valentine's day watching the recording of Robert session on Friday, February 14. So those will be right away, you'll have access to those. These will all focus on 3.1 topics, had a couple of people asked that about 10.3. So if you're getting ready to go to 3.1, if you're in the middle of going to 3.1. Or if you're curious about 3.1 Those would be the reasons to do this. We're not really going to cover 10.3 topics unless we get a lot of a lot of requests for that. And right now we have not yet. Okay, too. So we had another question about the current winner to have cost starting down for elearning. Darla, we don't have that fully formed just yet, we're going to need to see exactly how much time it takes to make those management courses for premium. She's asking about the premium tier for elearning. So RecTrac, lab level 42, or the second level the next generation, depending on how you want to phrase it. And we'll get that we will keep everybody posted on that as we move closer, I'd estimate June would be about when we're starting to talk about those. So Michelle is asking, obviously a brand new user is pretty easy to define, but how you determine intermediate to advanced users for the sessions. And I guess there's going to be well, I guess, what would you respond to that, Robert,
Robert Kirk 23:16
there's really no easy way. Unfortunately, you could be an expert at age rules, and maybe have a little bit of trouble with a transaction date rule. So I mean, if you watch it, and you think it's a little too easy, maybe you'll pick up a tip that you didn't know of, or something will spark a memory of something you heard long ago during your migration. But with those intermediary folks, and the folks who have been in in 3.1 for a little bit and feel pretty comfortable with it, what we really want is to kind of reinforce some of the concepts. And like Zack said kind of shoehorn in from Discover, to explore. So you can kind of take a look at both, maybe reinforce your foundation, and then go into the explore and learn something a little new.
Zach Malloch 24:03
Yeah. And I think that there's going to be a place for self selection with this too. So if you have a topic that comes out, and you know that all of your managers are responsible for configuring rules, and you have a fairly detailed outline from us with a little summary of what the session is going to cover, I would say send it out to everybody and just let them know that that session is coming up. And if they feel like it's going to be useful for them, go ahead and have them jump into it. If they need to bail out halfway through, that's totally fine. And then we'll have the more advanced session coming up in just two weeks after that. So that would be my answer to that. Hopefully that helps. And as much of the information as we can give as far as what we'll be covering. You know, obviously if we have a ton of questions coming in about a particular area, we're going to try to redefine it. We'll have an updated outline before the session starts. But we probably wouldn't be able to retroactively get that out a week in advance if we don't get those questions until two days before the session. So Let's see, do we have the schedule posted anywhere other than in VSI Connect? That's a good question I don't think we do. So we will be including the follow up in this to this session. Let me see if I can get external RecChat schedule, I think that has my virtual symposium stuff. And I will turn that around and share it with everybody. So in one here, this is going to look nicer by the time you see it another time. But as of right now, the questions are in the middle, go share. So. So then these will be kind of the the topics that we're going to be focusing on at least like I said, we'll probably go up to about the month number five, in this case, it's going to be June, will be fairly, fairly consistent with what is in here. And I think permissions was, see, this is why I wanted to get the fully fleshed out and finalized scheduled out there for you guys as a follow up, because I only have one topic for the fifth. But we'll probably throw, we have gotten requests for Screen design. And I didn't initially have that in the schedule. So the second half of the year, we'll get a little bit more fine tuned and clarified.
Zach Malloch 26:29
Some of these are our highest report experts actually work on the technology side, and it's a little bit harder to get some scheduling for them. So I would guess that maybe record criteria scheduling and the advanced report configuration that might have to come a little bit lower down. Because we either have to have somebody else get to be as much expert as they are or have their schedules for you. And in do that, the management side of this activity and facility, the two most popular modules, maybe we throw paths in there at some point as well. And that will be more of the management side of things, just a brief kind of has to be brief, because it's been an hour refresher of how to set up an activity or set up a facility or some of the management capabilities you have for those areas. So hopefully, that gives everybody at least a little bit of a sense, like I said, we'll get this into a better format. And we'll include this as part of the follow up documentation. As well as we'll make it more clear as far as where we are very confident as far as what the topics will be. And then the areas where we give ourselves a little bit more flexibility to change things as we need to for scheduling and the like. So I will go ahead and stop sharing that in a moment. And we'll see what we can catch up on with the other questions. Okay, so Laurie had a question about elearning. So just a little bit of a peek behind the scenes when you are in the Next Gen UI. And you Click on little life preserver icon in the lower left hand corner of your Screen, you get that little pop out and you have the RecTrac lab right there with some few possibly familiar looking faces and lab coats. That is our elearning platform. E logic absorb software, it's kind of a they're combining their their forces, and it's going to eventually become absorbed software with the you'll notice some changes to the platform, have some new information about how to use that for anybody that's used to in this current format. But that is going to be that's what we have every elearning course we have out there the overviews, the global sales, navigations, the payment screens, all of those are elearning courses, we're going to be offering a premium tier of elearning that focuses more on the management side of things.
Zach Malloch 28:39
So everything that we have right now is kind of front desk user trying to get as much of your population or as much pertinent information out to people as possible. And the most common person that uses RecTrac is going to be a front desk staff person that maybe even hired seasonally. And you can just sit them down and get them oriented and familiar with RecTrac. Through those so those who are and will be free, the premium tier is going to get up to that management administrative level. So maybe a little bit more detail about exactly how to run installment billing or how to configure an activity completely from scratch or to send a section two to an archive, Section archive and activities get ready for the new season. So the more advanced the more difficult topics to kind of get to and also the more specialized topics. One of the main reasons for this is actually we know that a lot of people kind of like to control access to information. So with the base courses, the orientation and the daily processing courses being available to everybody. That means anybody from front desk staff up to manager to database admins, it to God of your system can get access to those courses. But when we get to the management level, maybe you don't want to your front desk staff to get ideas about how to send sections to history or to do a bulk criteria change on activity records. So when would be kind of careful about that. That's one of the reasons we're adding that tiers gives us the ability to assign individual roles to as many users as you want to define as those premiums for users. Hopefully that helps Laurie, like I said, Well, we'll be revisiting this and getting into much more detail as we get close for that launch, which right now is going to be second half of year. Sally, you are asking, Will you have a presentation for the symposium sessions and open up for questions after the presentation, or we'll be more instructional based on our questions to you kind of a both thing, we will have both of those items, or both of those processes. Training, I'm not seeing this as clearly as I want to have Robert bail me out.
Robert Kirk 30:43
So yeah, it's, it's gonna be a little harder to have, you know, the interaction than it is obviously in person, I can't see your faces or things like that. But we're certainly going to have some of that, you know, interaction. You know, one on one, you guys will be talking with Zach, when I'm presenting, and he'll be talking with me when he's presenting. And we'll be able to kind of either, you know, answer your question or, you know, filter it up to Zach and have him answer it or me and have me answer it live, kind of, you know, make our presentations, a little more personable, and not so, you know, strict, this is the exact schedule, this is how we're going to do it, we're definitely going to have some back and forth there and be able to change on the fly.
Zach Malloch 31:28
Yeah, so the goal for these are to be somewhat more instructional than RecChats, that we're discussing a topic right now, but not necessarily showing you every single step in the way the suppose the virtual symposium stuff will be a little bit more fully fleshed out. With Roberts discover session, you should be able to set up a rule by the end of that with my explore session, you should be able to run bolt criteria change if you absolutely needed to. So it will have more detail, but we will have that question and answer and we will try to fine tune the presentation based on the feedback that we get to for the registration links that we're sending out a week in advance. So hopefully that helps. I was asked if I could show where you access the lab. So let me make sure I've got the right thing up right here. That's product help. You don't need that at the moment, I rebooted my computer before the session. So RecTrac is just loading. Let me jump in here and share. The other question that came in is, is the lab free and yes, the lab is absolutely free. And the daily processing side of things, like I said, will do we'll differentiate to some degree. And we'll call it the lab next level or something like that. So the basic RecTrac lab or lab orientation walkthroughs, all of that are daily processing walkthroughs, that will be free, that will continue to be free. And then the the premiums here will be for the more manager side of things. So let me just use my default credentials here and not go into Chrome settings.
Zach Malloch 33:07
Here we go. And so I have a couple of fun things like choosing menu groups, and end of shift also a virtual symposium topic coming up. And now I'm logged into Next Gen UI interface, I Click on the little support icon here, the life preserver and then I can Click on RecTrac lab. And that will conveniently bring me to the RecTrac Lab, we just added a little orientation video that is more about how to use the lab. Don't want to talk over myself or have myself talk over me. But then when you scroll down, you get into chapter 12345. We just released chapter six, which is activity daily processing walkthrough. Next up on the chopping block is facility tab, then we have facility SuperGrid. So we've got a pretty good schedule of topics coming up that will we will be releasing to flesh out all the lab walkthrough sort of stuff. And once again, that will all be free on that base level. And I'll stop sharing go back to Robert and my beautiful faces. And, Jerry, very good question. Do we expect anything to change as part of the recent acquisition of VSI. So far, it doesn't seem like it. The the I don't want to speak overly to this. We have people that are much more versed on it that we might have a wreck chat about in the future. But it very much seems like from on systems is still going to be able to operate on a very largely independent basis. And they don't want to take away the things that seem to really be working and it seems like rec chat and the lab, all that sort of stuff is really working. So I don't think we have too much to worry about there.

I did get to have too much fun and it is already 234. So we are a little over the session. If there are other questions that are coming in. We can certainly continue to answer those. Let me just pop into this and see. Looks like the last question that was asked was the one that I just responded to. So I think we're pretty much done. If anybody has any further questions, you can email me Zachm@Vermontsystems.com. Robert always likes to talk to people, but maybe this particular subject is not going to be the best one to reach him. Robert K it from us. And then sales@Vermontsystems.com. If you'd like a quote, you can also make a little motion here in the chat. And we will get everybody's name associated with it. But sales at Vermont's systems.com. That's a shared inbox not all going straight to John, and it can be distributed, he can have some of his other team members take care of some of that. So I would like to say thank you very much. Oh, actually, there's one question that come in from Lisa. Blink to the RecTrac Lab is going to be specific to RecTrac. So you really need to access it from your Next Gen UI interface. That is what lets us know that it's your organization linking the lab and once we start doing virtual symposium sort of stuff, that Type of information will let us know that it's you accessing, and you should be able to view the videos, the archive of these RecTrac virtual symposium sessions. So hopefully that helps out. And yeah, once again, I can certainly show that again, but it's the lower left hand or the left hand side of the Next Gen UI Screen, there's a little life preserver icon, Click on that you have the RecTrac lab right there, anybody in your organization is free to use that from brand new users all the way up to managers. Hopefully everybody has something that's a little bit worthwhile, especially since the new UI is still fairly new.

Alright, so that is going to be where I start to wrap things up. Oh, I'd also like to thank you, Megan. little teaser, march 5. So that's a little bit further in advance. But Megan Hoffman is going to be joining us for the customer spotlight on Irondequoit New York. And we'll have Erik Schmokel. Joining us here in studio taking Roberts position. He's done a lot of the work with the implementation for around equate and very similar to our awesome session we had two weeks ago with Jut from Bend Oregon, we will be discussing kind of the ways that Megan uses RecTrac and how the challenges that they've come up to ways that they've solved it and just get a little bit more information about how they recreate in erotica. So with that, I'm going to in the session, where we'll have this posted by tomorrow, and we will have a follow up doc by next week. And hopefully that answers a lot of the questions about what the virtual symposium is, look for that registration link for anybody that happens to have subscribed to come out. And from this point forward, that email will be available. So if you subscribe, that will be part of your kind of subscription packages, that registration link. Once again, distribute that to as many people in your org as you want to. They can all answer those questions tell us exactly what they're hoping to get out of the session, what they want to learn. And we can do as much as we can to incorporate that customize it and personalize it to everybody. Thank you all so much for joining us. I'm going to go ahead and end this and we will see you either next week in the symposium or the week after that, or Next Gen UI RecTrac update. Talk to y'all soon. Bye
