Welcome to RecChat, everybody. This is a special RecChat. It's if April's gonna give us an extra bonus Thursday, we're gonna give you an extra bonus RecChat. And I am joined today by many esteemed members of our team and another. We're joined by very many people from CampDoc. But I'm going to let Brian do that introduction and take that honor, I will remind everybody that we like to use the q&a area in the bottom to get the questions that lets us manage them a little bit easier to see, which has been answered and hasn't been answered yet. So if you could please direct those there. I'll be monitoring that along with Bret and Brian. And I'll hand it over to Brian. How are you doing today, Brian?
Brian Gillilan 1:22
I'm doing excellent. Thanks a lot, Zack. Like Zack said, we've got a couple of folks from CampDoc here. And for those that maybe it's their first time stumbling onto our CampDoc integration. Really, CampDoc is kind of allows us to integrate all of your program registrations for your camps, your before and after school programs, all those kinds of things allows you to integrate all those registrations over to CampDoc, where they kind of take over with documents storage and some additional functionality that they're going to kind of present today on the call. And with us. We've got Michael Ambrose founder, CEO of CampDoc. And we've got Dominic with us as well. That's going to share some exciting info with us so that I will turn it over to Michael.
Michael Ambrose 2:07
Thanks, Brian. Thanks, Zach. Thanks for having us. And good to see so many of you on here this afternoon. I wanted to just say a quick hello, and then I'm going to turn turn it over to Dominic. My name is Michael Ambrose. I'm the founder and CEO of CampDoc. A little bit of background on myself, and CampDoc, I am a board certified pediatrician based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and created CampDoc about 12 years ago now is a HIPAA FERPA compliant Electronic Health Record system to help collect all of the documents, medical information allergies, immunizations, medications do all of the charting, all in a private and secure format. We have about 1250 clients across the country, all 50 states that we work with, we have quite a few parks and rec groups and municipalities that we work with. We've been very excited to be working with RecTrac for the last few years VSI we now we've seen some great adoption over this last year as we've released this integration. And I think we were just looking at the numbers, I think we have about 10 active groups that are currently taking advantage of the integration. And I know we have a handful more in the pipeline. And so really excited. We've done some RecTrac RecChats in the past showing you some of the features including our COVID-19 pre screening tool. But we I don't believe we've done one yet, kind of just give you a large overview of the CampDoc tool, and how it all works. So with that, I'm going to turn it over to Dominic to take you through the camp deck tool. Feel free to ask questions as they're coming up. Certainly, if we don't get to all of the questions in the allotted time here. We're more than happy to follow up with you afterwards. So thank you so much for having us. And Dominic, over to you.
Dominic Seipenko 4:00
Wonderful. Well, thank you so much for the introduction, Michael, pleasure to meet you all in the audience today. My name is Dominic, I am CampDoc, parks and recreation and municipality specialists. So super excited to guide you through our system and help answer any questions you might have that are popping up in that q&a box here. That folks today as Michael mentioned, we are going to take a more exhaustive look at the EHR or form collection and management component of CampDoc. We're pretty much known for and most of our clients do really use super heavily today. I will say we usually take about an hour to go through this presentation. So in sorts, I'm gonna give you the 40,000 foot overview, the high level summary of the things that we're going to cover so that way if you have any questions, we can dive in a bit deeper. But with that said, Folks, let's actually go ahead and dive into the front end of our system first so we get our bearings and help folks actually submit information to your organization. And they'll jump onto your guys's side of this some the back into CampDoc where we can run tons of reports, document illnesses, injuries and incidences, track medications you might be administering and a whole heck of a lot more.
Let's go ahead and dive in here to the front facing side of CampDoc to We are all going to have the pleasure of co parenting this lovely Jamie Allen today, so best of luck to all of us. But let's give you a grand tour of what we're seeing her on her page. First and foremost, you're going to see my long name, including my long and hard to pronounce last name up here in the upper right hand corner of our screen. That means I'm logged in here to CampDoc with my email address and my password. So I can fill out any sort of forms I might need for Janie's time at your upcoming program. Speak to Jamie, we see his name here over on the left side of our screen. And if we have any sort of other participants that we've also registered for programs in RecTrac, they're always going to show up here over on the left side of our screen. That way, if we have multiple siblings within the same sort of family, you can have the same exact parent or guardian fill out forms with those multiple kids at one time. But here in the center of our screen, folks, we're seeing two different buttons. So two different aspects of CampDoc that we could look into today. This first top page here of pre screening, we're not going to go too in depth here, because for those of you who joined us for our September RecChat that we hosted, that's where we went more in depth on terms of how to ask daily COVID pre screening questions like questions about COVID symptoms and temperatures so you can get everybody's up to date COVID information before they come on site with you. Instead, we're going to jump into our health profiles screen. This is the section where we collect any sort of forms that you might be asking participants to currently fill out on maybe a job form or a giant paper packet, you name it. So let's dive on in here. Now, folks, what I really love about this help profile are quite a few different things. First and foremost, we can rename this page if you'd like to help things make more sense to your organization. For instance, if we work with your organization, just for purely camp programs, a lot of folks might rename this patient he called the camp profile, the camp questionnaire, the camp forms page, you name it. We also work with a ton of different municipalities for a range of programs, which could include camp programs for day and overnight. Those can be after school programs or for school programs, community center programs, preschool programs, and a whole heck of a lot more. Now the main thing we actually want to look at on this page is gonna be over here on the right side of our screen, you can see all these lovely little names of different sections of forms we have to fill out here. Now a good thing to note, when you guys actually start working with CampDoc, as an organization, we're going to pair you up with one of our unique we call account management pods. It's a team of three individuals here in the CampDoc team who actually build out this entire health profile section and your whole camped on account for you. So that way, you don't have to do the legwork that you might be currently doing each year to build out new tiny electronic forms for everybody to fill out and said we'll have her Smith's specialist build things out for you and make sure that we sync up whatever forms that your participants need, whatever they register for and RecTrac. So this way, if we have Jamie register for let's say class to have preschool in the fall, we'll get the class to have preschool forms right here in our health profile. And if we register for week two of day camp at location A will get the forms for week two of day camp at location A, so on and so forth. The forms we're gonna be seeing today in our demo account, though, feel free to take them with maybe a grain or a shaker worth of salt, as is often a really good starting point for a lot of our organizations as they're based off the standard forms you see from the American Camp Association, or ACA. But again, everything that we're going to build out for y'all is going to be built from scratch. Let's jump into a couple of different forms here just to help stir up some questions and get the basis of CampDoc functionality from this parent perspective. The first one we're going to take a look at is emergency contacts. And the reason why I want to point out this form in particular is because there's a little red dot next to the name emergency contacts. red dots are really important here in CampDoc, they help your parents essentially say, well, everybody hold up, we have some more required questions to answer on this page. And we'll work with your team to figure out what questions need to be required versus optional for your participants. For instance, here I can notice that I have a red box or required missing question for my relationship with my first emergency contact. So as soon as I note that Deborah Allen is going to be Jamie's mom, you'll know that my red dot transforms into a green check to say that everything's hunky dory, and we can keep on trucking along. There are a couple of things I really love about this functionality. First and foremost, if you look at the bottom of our screen, you're going to notice that parents never have to press a Save button when they enter in information in CampDoc, it's super duper helpful. Additionally, we don't have to go in order of the forms that you see on our screen here. So parents are able to actually jump around fill out what they know for now. Log out of CampDoc and log back in later. And in the meantime, we'll help you guys set up automatic reminder emails to these families with your choice of customized text and custom frequency. That way you can essentially help us help you poke your parents on your behalf and play the bad guy for you to get things back on time. Last but not least, all the information we enter in here does have the ability to save from program to program session to session even year over year. So if you have certain families that attend multiple programs with you each year, like maybe they come to summer camp in the summer and an after school program in the fall and retreat with you in the winter. Awesome. Is there any overlapping questions you typically asked during registration, as is going to make that registration process or re registration process a whole heck of a lot easier. And let's keep moving on folks. Emergency Contacts, as you can tell, pretty simple and straightforward, but let's get a little more fancy shmancy in terms of formatting here, I'm going to look more at our swim ability form as this because it's a great example of some more dynamic or multi layered questions in CampDoc As you can probably tell, our goal is to make it as easy as possible for your parents to give you information for you guys to report on it on the back end of our system. This means that a lot of our questions come with multiple different layers, so you never come back with a response that says na or non applicable. As you can see, we don't have to ask just health questions in CampDoc. Friends, a lot of folks ask activity related questions like swim ability questions, for instance. Other folks ask get to know your questions. If you have participants that are brand new to your programs, some camp programs ask their question counselors questions like giant essay questions, you name it, it's, again, totally customized based on what you need. And we'll make sure that your logic matches to all these different answers. What are their yes, no questions, drop down menus, text fields, you name it. Now, of course, we do know that a lot of you have to run licensed programs and typically licensed programs come with the fact that we have to go ahead and upload hardcopy forms. When you're filling out things digitally. We're talking about forms that perhaps are like an immunizations card, a doctor's physical form, a medication Confirmation form, those sorts of things that we can't do online but have to do rather in person, oftentimes with a doctor standing next to us and giving a hardcopy signature. If that's the case, we've got you covered here as well, actually to jump into our immunizations form to give you an example of how things look here. So folks, if you do need to grab more hardcopy forms from your participants are going to give you a gray box like the one you see on this screen. This way, it's really easy for your parents or your participants to go ahead and click on this gray box, choose a file from their computer that maybe they got emailed to them by their doctor and upload things right here. This might be helpful if you wanted to upload an immunizations record from your doctor or a vaccine card if your staff are recently getting vaccinated for COVID. For instance, by contrast, we can also go ahead and snap CampDoc to whatever size screen you're working with. And we do gain some additional functionality when we're using like a smartphone or a tablet, for instance. So as I snap us over to more of tablet dimensions, you'll notice I still have the same functionality in CampDoc with One added benefit. Now if I was to open this up on a tablet, or a smartphone and click on this gray box, I can actually access my camera or my photo library. So you can take a picture of that immunizations card, and I'll put it that way instead.
Last but not least, folks, if you have to grab any electronic signatures, ones that don't have to be done on paper, we've got you covered there as well. So we have an authorizations page here at the very bottom of our screen. As you can see, that's super duper helpful for grabbing any sort of legal text you might need to have folks sign off on that could be authorizations, waivers, release forms, permission slips, you name it, we can format those all on one page like you see here, or spread them across your CampDoc account, it just depends on what formatting is going to work best for you all, most important thing here is that everything is going to be a legally binding signature and come with a timestamp as well. So if you have one of your let's say participants give you a call in the fall saying hey, X, Y and Z, I didn't give you permission to use my kids photo in your marketing brochure, you can actually look back in your system and say, Well, you technically did sign our photo release back on May 28, at 11:38am. So always helpful to keep that audit trail wherever we go on CampDoc. And with that said, Folks, I know we're throwing a lot of information at you. So if you have any questions here on this front facing side of CampDoc to the side, your families, go ahead and see, let us know in that questions box, we can get them soon. In the meantime, we're going to keep this little 40,000 foot overview move in and show you guys the staff side of CampDoc, which we often refer to as the provider portal. Alright, y'all, so let's go ahead and introduce you to this back end of CampDoc. I have like saying there's one important fact we always like to mention before we really dive in deep here. And that's the fact that you have an unlimited number of staff users, you can access the back of CampDoc. And every staff users can have custom permissions on exactly what they can and can't see and can can't edit. So if you have a preschool director who just needs to see for instance, three classes of preschool students great to make sure they have access to only those three classes. By contrast, have your actual Superintendent of Parks Recreation needs to see every single person's records. Awesome, we want to make sure that everybody's information is still kept under lock and key. So your appropriate staff just have the right permissions to what they need to see in the system. Now take a look at our screen here, folks. The main tab we're taking a look at right now is our profiles tab. This is where we can see the profiles of all those different participants that we collect information for on the front side of our system. It's actually listed here in this giant list over here on the left side of my screen. So this is where we list folks by last name. So alphabetically. We see a little bit of demographic information that we're importing from RecTrac. And this percentage tells us how complete everybody's forms happened to be. So we can see for instance, just by a bird's eye overview that Sandra here is about 50% done. So way to go Sandra, and Enid who is a bit more of a problem child at 0% done, you're on the right side of my screen, though, I can see I have about 1000 profiles in total to take a look at some times it might be a little overwhelming to look at all these profiles at once. So we have a tool called our list builder that exists in a bunch of different places in CampDoc that help you to break down this information into a little bit more digestible list to view. Now we go ahead and create these little digestible lists for you with the help of this add condition button. So this helps us filter down by every single data point that we're collecting on the front side of CampDoc or importing over from RecTrac. So I'll give you a couple examples that a lot of our current clients use. For instance, if you are wanting to pull an after school roster of Just your nine and 10 year olds, maybe demographic information is a great place to start. And you can filter down by age. You can also take a look at where folks are at in that form completion process and CampDoc. So maybe you want to pull a list of just everybody that has incomplete forms in general. Or perhaps you want to get more specific, like saying, hey, CampDoc, show me a list of everybody that has not filled out there doctress in physical form, for instance, we can also get more nitty gritty and look at the exact answers you're receiving from folks. So if you want to filter down by allergies, for instance, you could look at the folks that do have allergies, maybe have an allergy with a risk for anaphylaxis. Or you can look at non medical questions like say, Hey, show me everybody that wants to compete in Friday swim challenge. Last but not least, I personally love our group select tool here as a really helpful filter because this post directly from your RecTrac data. This way you can grab a specific roster of folks to see here in CampDoc. Therefore, you can filter down by seeing your campers versus your after school students or going even more in depth from there to see perhaps a certain location or session was a registrants, maybe I want to look at for instance, my session one of sleepaway campers.
As you can see, I'm now looking at 50 profiles instead of over 1000 Because I've narrowed down to see my session one registrants for sleepaway camp that haven't submitted their fiscal forum. And from here, we can always move forward and one of two main ways. One, you can always hop into someone's CampDoc profile and look at some more information about them, and look at their forms in depth. So you can still see those red dots, those green checks, you can see what has been uploaded as maybe a picture or a hardcopy document. Or you can pull this information over to the other tabs on our screen. For instance, you can send a big bulk message off to these people at once. If you want to send more private personal message off to folks from your camp director saying, hey, please go ahead and upload your fiscal form that you haven't completed for session one. Or you can pull custom reports as either a CSV, it's more of an Excel file, or a PDF that you can always download and save. One of the reports that we always love helping you guys run are these custom reports, we can actually see each and every one of the forms we built into CampDoc, and even all the questions within, you can click on the check boxes for the exact data points you want to select, and pull them all into a customized report for your staff to you at any point in time. Now, again, folks, this is the 40,000 foot overview. So I'm gonna give you two more little tidbits information here in CampDoc as we launch into a q&a in just a couple of seconds. One of the tools I always like showing off is our little health blog here. This is helpful if you ever need to do any sort of illness injury incident or accident reporting on site, it's super helpful here. This tool is actually up to ACA, CN and state health department requirements. This is what we call an add only log. So it's really easy to create log entries at any point in time and add on to them if need be with adding attendance or updating dispositions. So you can see you just need to type in the name of the person you're creating a log report for will automatically log into your current time and date. And that folks is how you know this demo is live. From there, we're entering in a chief complaint or the reason why you see a certain individual in your little health center, or you're just creating an injury report about them. And from there, we just enter in our history of what has happened, our assessment of how things look and our plan as to how you want to move forward. And we can always build in templates here to save you some time. All your health log information, just like that health profile information that we saw earlier about your forms. Well, this can be reported on as well. So it'd be a nice little health log view screen where you can see a chronological log of all your different entries sorted by time and date, you can see who you provide a treatment to, once you provide a treatment for who actually went ahead and made that long entry for you. And from here, we can go more in depth in terms of individual reporting. We even give you additional tabs like a statistics tab to see a more visual representation of your data. Last but certainly not least, we have a lovely little EMR tool here as well. And if you don't speak in acronyms, that just stands for electronic medication administration record is essentially a to do list of medications here within our system. So you can see a list of what campers you might give medications to what those medications are. And this green gift button when you click on it documents with the initials in green and whoever is logged in here as a staff member. So it's a great way to keep a time sensitive log of all medications you might be administering during your programs. Now that said, Folks, I know we've had about 12 minutes left, I'm sure a bunch of you have questions out there. And if you don't feel free to type them in on the screen to make sure we can get to them this q&a. Zack, I will turn things over to you as the voice of our audience. Thank you folks for tuning in for this lovely little screenshare here, and I'll stop sharing my screen so we can answer your questions for you.
Zach Malloch 19:12
Yeah, so we have one already queued up here from Alyssa. And she was just curious about how accessible This is from mobile phones and devices.
Dominic Seipenko 19:22
Yeah, really good question there. So CampDoc actually should be able to snap to whatever size screen you are working with. So that could be a smartphone that can be a tablet, you name it. In fact, when we used to do site visits Most times when, for instance, not in COVID times. One of the biggest things we noted was that a lot of our current providers or staff use would often walk around their campsite with for instance, an iPad, they can pull up everybody's reports in real time. It's super helpful as long as you had any sort of internet or Wi Fi access or even just data usage on your property.
Zach Malloch 19:51
Perfect. We don't have any other questions queued up right now. So if anybody has anything, please feel free to add that but I guess I would maybe ask Brian Are there any questions that you typically get from customers, once they've done the integration or anything like that that might be worth bringing up at this point?
Brian Gillilan 20:07
There are actually if I could ask Dominic to reshare his screen real quick and go back to your list builder. One of the things I wanted to call out is folks may have seen there's a little bit of a kind of hierarchy to the, to the groups Dominic showed. So you know, he's showing the year and so on, in some of that group select. So the and Dominic, stop me if I'm wrong here anywhere, kind of the layering that takes place here. Once you get up and running with the RecTrac integration, we do an initial CampDoc group export for you. And that group export we give, you can kind of build this layering, however, you guys want to be able to kind of dive into your layers of activity sections from RecTrac. So in this case, Dominic's got camps and then the year and then it looks like probably an activity description, and then his section description for a specific session of that camp maybe. So we can kind of create however many layers there you need to kind of subgroup your information in CampDoc to make it easily accessible to all your staff and users. And we do that by using our kind of dynamic report output capabilities and RecTrac. So we have kind of one stock CampDoc group export, but we can modify that group export, however, we need to create however many layers you might have in RecTrac. So if you wanted to layer this by, you know, activity category, activity type activity subtype on RecTrac, you can do that in your export, right to CampDoc.
Michael Ambrose 21:45
Where I can I'll jump in a little bit on this to where this becomes really important. And what I think Dominic Brian both mentioned a little bit earlier, the CampDoc system is built to sort of ask your families, the lowest common denominator of questions. And so what we are starting to see, and a lot of the feedback that we've gotten from the from the Parks and Rec and municipalities that we work with, is that they are doing a whole lot more than just camp within our platform now. And so after school programs, child care, swim lessons, things of that sort. The complaints that we would always hear from so many of you is I got to ask my families to fill out a list of emergency contacts or allergy information for every single program that they're going to. And with this, the family has died. We typically reference campers and minors, but we're starting to see many adult based programs that you are capturing information on now be done through CampDoc as well. And so the beauty with this is that if they are attending multiple programs events throughout the year, they only have to fill some of this information out once certainly if you have a waiver or a question that is specific to a horseback riding program you may be running. That question will only appear to that group. But some of the more common things, allergies, medications, vaccines, emergency context insurance information, they fill it out once that information stays with them throughout other programs that they attend. So certainly is we're adding on some of these additional programs, the after school programs, the childcare programs. And what we're unfortunately in the middle of this pandemic, we're now seeing a lot of the adult programs that many of you are running, are starting to ask questions about vaccine. Some of the COVID related questions that unfortunately, we're being required to ask now. And that stuff can all be captured in a HIPAA FERPA compliant manner, through the through the system as well.
Zach Malloch 23:50
So Michael, you're talking about some of the stuff that is less frequent. And so the whole goal is to make those less frequent things as infrequent as necessary. But Stephanie had a question about the things that are more frequent, like the pre screening stuff, what what sort of interface to the parents interact with to answer those pre screening questions that might have to be done each day?
Michael Ambrose 24:09
Absolutely. Dominic, I don't know if you have it prepared to pull up on the screen, but we can show you a little bit now. Everything within camp back is very customizable. So we know every state every county, every city often has a different requirements for the types of questions that you need to ask. But typically, it's about you know, do you have a fever? What COVID symptoms do you have? You come into contact with anyone? And so this is a form that a family member can fill out for their child or an adult staff member. We're now also starting to see your team's right the Parks and Rec Department staff employees fill out these forms and information out as well and so they can fill this out on a tablet on a laptop computer on a daily basis. Again, all customizable. They will receive they can have reminder emails sent to them or you can scheduled reminder emails to be sent to remind them to do that this each day, or really whatever interval or frequency you require. Gives conference confirmation on the screen also sends them an email confirmation that they completed this. And then you can report on all of this as well. So you can go in to say, show me a list of who's completed their pre screening today. Show me who hasn't. Let me see anybody who has a temperature above 100.4 degrees, whatever it may be. And so you're able to do this all on a daily basis as well.
Zach Malloch 25:36
Great, thank you. And we're definitely getting some more questions coming in here. So I know that sometimes the question that everybody has is sometimes difficult to answer about what is the charge for the system? But I guess the Could you discuss maybe your rate structure slightly? Yeah, how they would go about getting that?
Michael Ambrose 25:52
Absolutely. So I can give you the high level overview, certainly, we would quote you all out. Based on sort of the size of your program, the types of programs that you're running. But you can get a ballpark figure is you can average about $5 per profile per participant per year. So if you were to have 1000 participants active in the system, that would be charged at a $5 rate. This does not matter how many programs or events that they attend. So if they go to a summer camp, and after school programs, swim lessons, you're not charged multiple times for those individuals. That's kind of the very high level ballpark number to use. But certainly, Dominique, and our team can get you more specific quotes based on what you're all looking to do.
Zach Malloch 26:45
Awesome. Thank you. So Maureen is asking if families can update the forms once they've been filled out? Like if contact info changes, can they edit the responses? Or if they add an additional question to the program? Does it add it to the existing form and prompt anybody for adding that response?
Michael Ambrose 27:01
Fantastic question, Maureen. So this is really one of the big benefits of CampDoc. So you have the ability to set what we call a lockout date. So right what we typically see happened with paper forms is you'll you'll put in, please submit your forms or email your forms to us by April 1. But by the time June 15 happens and camps are in session, campers, medication doses changed, they've developed a new allergy insurance card is no longer up to date. And so the beauty with CampDoc is that you can families can go in and update information as it changes throughout the year. With that said, we also know that at some point you want, you don't want them to make changes without you notice without you being notified. And so you can set what we call a lockout date. And when that date occurs, it no longer lets them make changes without your approval. So typically what we see most programs do if we're talking about summer camp, and let's say your first session started June 15. Maybe by June 1 Two weeks before you set that lockout date. That way, now the child has major change to their ADHD medication or there's some other thing that you need to know about before, right before you your camp begin is what you we don't have that on the screen here. But there would be a button that they could click to submit an unlock request, you would get notified of that you can approve or deny the unlock request and sort of have that conversation. The other benefit as well, to kind of totally answering your question. But another important point to point out here is that information will save from year to year. So you are you sort of determine what information you want to carry over and what interval things like insurance information probably doesn't change too often no reason to have the families resubmit that every year. Once they filled it out, their program is complete, they come back the next year or a few months later for another event. It can it will simply just ask them to review and mark off that everything is complete without requiring that they enter it from scratch. Different from something like an authorization which you probably want them to electronically sign every six months or every year or for every event and that information can what we would call expire so that they're required to re complete it each year.
Zach Malloch 29:28
Thank you very much. And so I did want to just really quickly address that we're basically at the end of the time for our session. But if Michael and Dominic don't mind sticking around, Brian, just for a couple more minutes, we have two more questions I think we'll try to get to but if anybody does need to drop off we are recording the session will close it along with all the other RecChat archives. And we thank you very much for participating. But getting to those last few questions. And of course, if anybody has any more, please please bring those into. But following up on that, the last one so Maureen is also curious and I'll ask you for an interpretation of this as well, Michael, but can this send notifications or reminder for medication administration? And I assume that means when the counselors maybe are responsible for giving medication to the kids?
Michael Ambrose 30:11
Absolutely that I assume that's probably what the question means as well. And absolutely so if Dominic goes back into the EMR, you will see at the top of the screen, almost top of the screen, there's a bunch of red text that is going to alert you automatically. If medications are missing, so you can get an alert to say, oh, there's a few campers from lunchtime and breakfast time. Earlier today that we forgot to give those medications. If you click on that, it's automatically going to take you to show you which medications were not given. So it will alert you. If medications are missed, and there's we won't dive into it here. There's an additional at the top on the top right of the screen. There's a little bell alert icon, additional alerts for other things that might be missing show up there. But typically, you're the main area, I think, to answer your question we're Maureen is on the screen that Dominic has here to show you if medications are missing.

Awesome. Thank you very much, Michael. And then the last one, at least as of right now is from Erin. And he's asking how and maybe this is also for Brian, if you want to jump in, please feel free? How difficult is the integration with RecTrac? And how would it How difficult would it be to transfer the information over after the registration began? Or? Or after it's ended? Or I guess? Yeah, so I guess maybe like mid line through registration or after registration has ended? Like I'm assuming he's kind of asking if there's a preference or is it easier to do it one way or the other?
Brian Gillilan 31:35
Yeah, it's a very good question. So I'll actually share my screen real quick here. And show you so in terms of enabling the integration really quickly, there's really not a whole lot to the actual enabling of the integration sphere. So in your static parameters profile, there is a third party integrations tab. Once you've gone through, setting up your account with CampDoc, they'll supply you with some information, essentially, your CampDoc client ID client secret and organization ID as well as a kind of administrative username and password for your CampDoc account for your organization. Once you have that information, you will be able to come into your static parameters profile, enable CampDoc and plug that information in and then just hit this little link CampDoc Account button. And this will actually take you to the authorization page for your CampDoc account. And then once that, once you get there, plug in your credentials, it'll give you a little success message back that says you've successfully paired RecTrac with CampDoc, and the integration is enabled. One key thing here is don't forget to hit that Save button once you do that. So we store all these credentials and information for RecTrac to us when we make our calls to and from CampDoc. So that's how easy it is to enable the integration between the two systems. We will provide CampDoc with some redirect information on your behalf once kind of the we're in that process or at that stage. And then once we get up and running for your activity sections to enable them for CampDoc, it's really just a matter of turning on a toggle and plugging in the CampDoc due date and lock out date for that program. And that's it and then you save and then that program will be set up to integrate with CampDoc. The big key here is once you do this, any registration that takes place for that program will automatically kind of generate a CampDoc profile for that family member on the CampDoc side and invite them to start filling out their information that you have set up for that group. So there's it's kind of a couple stage process. It is by far an easier process if you get it all configured prior to opening registration for your camps or your programs. It simplifies the process because all new registrations will immediately feed into CampDoc directly from RecTrac. If you do happen to want to enable the integration and you've already opened up registration for your programs. There's just another step that will be involved to work with Vermont systems and CampDoc to generate an export of those participants. So we can sync up their identifiers between the two systems. So that's certainly something you want to make sure you're letting CampDoc and Vermont Systems know if you've already opened up registration for the program will need to sync those up.

Perfect, thank you very thorough answer Brian and a nice demonstration there as well. That does clear our board from the q&a and we are not too far over. So nice job timeboxing everything here. I guess I'll just open up if anybody Any final thoughts?
Michael Ambrose 35:04
No, this was great. Hopefully this was helpful for everyone. certainly reach out to to us over at CampDoc, if you do have any questions, I know Dominic went through a lot of that very quickly. There's certainly a lot more functionality that we didn't really even touch on here. We host general public demos, a few times a month, who also can set up some more specific demos, if you do want to see any, any additional information about CampDoc. And we know, you all have sort of unique instances based on the type of programs that you're running. And we'd love to chat through some of that with you further. So thank you so much, again, for having us and look forward to continuing to hear from many of you.
Zach Malloch 35:44
Yeah. And thank you so much, Michael Dominic, for joining us. And representing CampDoc. So well. And Brian, thanks for being on our side and kind of showing the integration from that piece of it. And thanks all the participants who were so engaged with all their questions and Bret for sticking by and hanging out on the q&a side of things as well and helping me out with that. And we'll see everybody on the next RecChat, which is actually next week because it's the first Thursday in May. So let's see everybody then thanks again. Talk to you all soon. Thanks!
