Well, now I realized what was missing from Thanksgiving. I went to Whole Thursday without hearing the RecChat theme song. But now we've heard it and I feel like everything is back to back to our balance. So we have some very special guests today and a very special topic. We have brand new RecTrac contracts to talk about. And I think we've got Mr. Ben Curran we have Mr. Patrick Hayden, we have Ms. Julia Chef, Shefcheck my apologies. And of course, as always, Bret Alarcon is here to join me. Without further ado, I'm going to hand the reins of this over to Patrick to give us a little bit of context for what contracts are, where they came from. And then Ben is going to show us what they actually do. Take it away, Patrick. Oh, sorry, sorry, I totally forgot to give me my baseline, use that q&a area for questions so that we can track them and make sure that we answer them all in the order that they're received. And if you have any individual messages, you can use chat, of course, but we'll be using q&a to feed the voice of the audience today. Right now,

You can't ever take a week off, so that you're, you know, it's one week gone. And Rusty, Ben, if you want to go ahead and bring up our PowerPoint to keep us on track here, I'll try to keep my portion brief and handed off to Ben. So we can get to what everyone's really here to see, which is how this works. And in RecTrac. So again, today, we're talking about contract management, which is a new feature that we're going to be delivering here in RecTrac. There is kind of a beta instance of this out right now that we've been reviewing with some customers that we've been engaged with, over the last several months as we develop this new capability. But in the next release is when it'll become fully available. And we'll talk a little bit more about that in the future. And Ben, if you wanna go ahead and jump to the next slide, just want to give a little bit of kind of context around what this is, obviously, Ben's gonna go through and demonstrate all the capabilities within the application. But I think it helps a little bit to talk about kind of how we got here, which I think will help some folks understand whether or not this is applicable to them, and something that would be helpful in their organizations. You know, over the years, we've we've talked with a lot of different customers, and a common pain point has been kind of difficulty with with managing complex reservations. And you know, Ben is going to talk some more about what some of the common use cases here are, and go through some of those, you know, live in the system. But really, if you have users who are dealing with complex events are complex sort of relationships with affiliate organizations, or reservees who have large numbers of reservations and associated payment plans. This is really the feature that's made to address that. And over the years, what we've seen is that focuses on a number of different things to try to solve that through RecTrac. But there really wasn't anything that was a good fit. And it ended up with people having spreadsheets outside of the system and word documents outside of the system, and paper and binders that they needed to kind of manage these complex relationships. And obviously, that was a pain point that we wanted to address and a place that we saw where we could help folks run things more efficiently and, and really deliver a lot of value. And there's a number of customers that we've been engaged with over the last six months to a year talking about really how we could solve this most effectively in what they really needed to, to run things efficiently and to solve those problems that they were having to solve and other kind of more cumbersome ways not fully utilizing the system to do so. So it really centers around giving you a way to manage these these reservations in a kind of single place and through a single method that can be shared by all and can be standardized. Keep all of those documents and the history associated with these contracts and these complex reservations. And then following on from there, manage all the payments associated with them and doing payments for those payment plans. And make sure that really everything is kind of neatly organized in a single place and easy to find easy to reference and easy to manage with customers. So with that all having been said I want to introduce everybody to Ben. Ben has only been with Vermont systems for coming up on 10 months now. But for the majority of that time, he's been working on you know, leading a team who's been largely focused on this contract management initiative. It's something that I think when we initially started to pursue it, we had a smaller solution in mind. But as we dug in deeper and really engaged more deeply with different stakeholders and customers and learned what they really needed to effectively solve the problem that we were trying to solve is something that's grew. And we were happy to kind of grow with it and dedicate more resources to it to make sure that we could solve it and solve it right? And really make something that would be very useful to customers. So with that, Ben, I'll, I'll hand it over to you.
Ben Curran 5:15
Awesome. Thanks, Patrick. Hello, everyone. Super excited to be here. I think some of you on the call, I've met virtually, but probably most of you, I have not, I look forward to the day, I could meet some of you in person. But I won't guarantee any timeline on that. We're going to spend most of the time in RecTrac. But I wanted to talk about a couple of the key features first, so that you can learn about them understand them, and then you'll actually see them. When I jump into RecTrac. There's a new program called contract management. And this, we're going to create contracts, you're gonna manage them. This is where you'll have to include some of the required information when creating a contract, you have to determine how you want the bills to be created, what options and then also, you have the opportunity to link a letter template that will create the contract document will definitely dive into all of the details of those. A big part of the new feature that you get when you're using contracts is the ability to create bills based on total fees under contract. So once you add the items to a contract, then you can think of that total the sum total of all those fees, and then create bills based on that. We think that's really exciting. Like I mentioned, you get a brand new contract document, in that, in that letter template, you have a whole bunch of new fields available to display in configure, it will show that there is a safeguard in global sales, where you'll see your items and purchase history. But if they are assigned to a contract, and you try to modify them, it will RecTrac will tell you, Hey, this is under contract, you actually have to go into that contract. Before you can modify them. Hopefully that's a safeguard that keeps inadvertent changes when things are under contract. And then we'll also see how utilizing the installment billing billing templates, allows you to use all of the billing types, whether you want to invoice or use auto debit, or ACH or something like that. So we'll definitely see each one of these bullet points. When we jump into RecTrac. I'm going to go through two use cases, I think, from what we heard from our users, these are two common use cases, I think, certainly, your use cases are going to fall somewhere in between these, but we'll go through each one of these the first one, we're going to start simple, introduce some of these new contracts concepts. And we're going to do that with a recurring pattern Facility Reservation. So we're going to go out and set up a new contract for a swim League, we're going to set up a Facility Reservation one of the swim lanes for the next four or so months on a pattern. And then we're going to have that contract bill using the installment billing template and it's going to create those bills automatically, you will see a contract document as well as I do the actual installment bills that are created. The second example we'll dive into will focus on a large event. We heard from you guys that there a use case for weddings or concerts or something like that, you know, many months in the future, it's going to be a significant amount of fees all grouped around one or close number of days. And then we're going to use the A new feature that we're calling ad hoc billing to create those bills so you can create bills exactly how your business might, might require. So let's let's start simple. Let's jump into the recurring pattern facility over to RecTrac. So right away, one of the things that we set out to do initially, was Build the entire contracts experience in global sales. There is a contract management program where you can set default records, you can look at all of your contracts and RecTrac. But we had heard that at organizations there's a usually a single individual or maybe a small team that handles contracts for your organization. And we wanted to Build this for them. We wanted them to be able to go into global sales and achieve everything that they would need to to Add up the contract and interact with it. So we'll jump right into global sales. I'm going to use the ever present John Smith as my household for the both of these examples.
One thing you'll notice, as soon as I pulled this up, I have my Screen, daily processing Screen design setup for the contracts tab to be first, you do have to enable this contract tab. And then you can put it first like I did. But this is a brand new tab. When you first enter, there's no contract selected. So you're going to see a picklist to choose any contracts under this household. For this one, I don't have any contracts yet. So there's not nothing to show here. So we can go in and add a new contract. Like I said, for this one, this one would be an example of an organization where we're going to call this Vermont cause Vermont Youth swim team, maybe winter 2022. When you enter to the Screen through global sales, the household is already chosen, I will just put these in here, you can enter information in both of these fields as you normally would, in RecTrac. This, I'll just paste those, and then we're going to leave the status active. There are a couple of options here. Like I mentioned, you can set up default records for contracts, as well as after a contract maybe has ended, you can go back and inactivate it and that'll hide it from from any of the screens in in global sales. So like I mentioned with the two examples, for this first one, we're going to assign an installment billing template to this contract. So that the bills are created automatically based on whatever is in that template. This is the default. So I'm going to leave this box checked. In the second example, we're going to uncheck this box. But for now, we'll keep it checked. If you wanted to when interacting with default records, if you wanted to limit the record shown in that installment billing template, you could do that here, I'll show that if I choose these two monthly on the first, that'll limit this. So you could set up a default record and only choose appropriate records. One thing that we did was we we modified the two installment billing templates, they used to be called daycare in arrears and in advance and they're now in arrears. And in advance, these templates provide the ability to build just like the sound. For this one, I have it set up. So monthly on the first will bill in arrears. So everything that I say was, say happened in December will be billed on January first. So I'm going to choose that record. And that's all you need for billing information. And then, under the document information, we have, like I mentioned a brand new letter Type, we'll dive right into that called contract. I'm going to use this one that I have been using this as a template that I created. And we could certainly share this out. But this is going to look just like letter update does normally except you have a brand new Type called contract. And then with contracts, you get a handful of new database value codes. They're all listed with the prefix contract. If I blow this up, you'll see that I inserted quite a few database value codes throughout the two new ones that are the most important two new ones are contracts Item Overview and contracts billing overview. And so for contracts Item Overview. Any items that you attach to the contract will be listed here in a nice table that includes information on when they started, what dates and the applicable fees. And then you also have a table that will appear for contract and billing overview that includes all the bills that you're going to create. And we'll see that when we actually add things to this contract. So I'm going to save this letter template. I'm going to choose this letter template.
One thing that we thought would be valuable in why we wanted to go with a under the letter management, the situation for contracts is, we think that you might want to set up templates like this that are applicable for not just one contract, maybe for all of swim lanes or all facilities or something like that. So you can reuse these templates as needed. So I'm going to choose the swimlane Rental one. And then I have one final option that asks when should the contract document be generated? The default is on receipt. And so if you make changes to a contract, and you Progress through the global sales flow, when the receipt is generated, a new contract will be generated as well. The other option is manual. In that you'll, I'll show you the Button to manually generate a contract document in back in global sales, we'll leave that on receipt so that when we process this, we'll get a brand new document is that that's that's that's it for setting up a new contract, you certainly are required to have a code in the template. But other than that, as needed.
Patrick Hayden 16:15
Worth noting, you know, Ben kind of touched on this, but back on that Screen, good to go through everything, so everyone understands it. But the vast majority of that you'd probably have populated from your default record. So like, like Ben said, you're probably just going to put in the code and description and maybe choose from a couple of billing templates if you have multiple available. But most likely your contract documents probably going to be standard, the available templates will probably be standard. And most of the things would be populated by the default. So you don't have to necessarily visit all of them each time.
Ben Curran 16:47
Definitely. So as soon as I save that new contract, this is a brand new concept in global sales. It's asking if I want to set the contract. And so what that's asking is, do I want to set my global sales session to this specific contract. And if I do that, then I can interact with that contract. So I'll go ahead and say yes. And now we'll see some new text up in the corner here that lists the name of my contract. And as long as I have this text here, that means any modifications that I make in this global sales will end up on the contract, if I went to another household, or I exited out of this, I'll lose that contract. And I'll be back in a regular global sales session. But let's add some facilities, reservations to this contract. We can see how that works. One thing that we tried to do from the very beginning is you don't lose anything, when when you want to interact with contracts. There aren't any. You don't have to make any any compromises. And so everything works just as normal in RecTrac, even though you're using a contract, and even so all the items that we add to this contract all the bills that we create our standard RecTrac sort of records behind the scenes and can be interacted, as needed.
Patrick Hayden 18:16
And I think just add on to that, well, Ben's adding this stuff to the car, he's he's using the regular Facility Reservation, you know, tab and global sales, but it could be the SuperGrid, it could be, you know, Rental SuperGrid, as you know, go through some of the other examples using other modules. But like he just said, it's true. It's standard kind of processing, you're just grouping things under the contract. And that's even true for extending this to using the SuperGrid or whatever you're accustomed to for creating reservations,
Ben Curran 18:45
Certainly. So I'm just going to choose one. And I'm going to pattern Tuesdays and Thursdays for for a couple of months. You could certainly add more facilities to that, but we'll keep it simple. When I add to cart, I'm going to see the familiar processing prompt Screen. With all of my records, you're going to see that it's assigning all of the fees to a bill. Since I have automatic billing chosen, I don't have any conflicts with my reservations. And so you see a new billing option that lists the name of the contract and how it's going to be billed. For this one, it's an installment bill. Under that installment billing template is where you can choose your billing types. So I have installment bill, credit card and ACH also available. I'm going to choose installment bill. You can also pay in full if you'd like it'll not create any bills for these items. But let's create some bills. So we'll choose the this is actually the default. So the contract billing option, and the should make their way to the cart. You'll see right away. So what this is doing behind the scenes and this is a particularly important part when interacting with contracts is that we knew that you most likely already had facilities and their fees setup. And sometimes they're fairly complex. And so we didn't want to require you to go back and add additional installment billing fees. So when you're interacting with contracts, the contract will actually pull the standard fee from those items. And so for this Facility Reservation, I have a single standard fee. That's an hourly, and then I have one, have a deposit. And so it's not going to place the deposit on on the bill, it's going to charge that and you can see that $100 deposit here. So if I process this through, I'll pay for that deposit. And we should end up with nice group of bills. Like I said, this one was monthly on the first billing in arrears. So process that.
Patrick Hayden 21:31
And then, yeah, well, that's coming up. I think another thing worth mentioning, I know one of the pain points customers have had with these types of reservations in the past is as modifications are made in the future, getting that kind of comprehensive document that shows everything in its entirety. Receipts remain the same when you're less than contracts or receipt, it's still going to reflect just what was transacted on that particular receipt. But that contract document that Ben showed earlier is really the key to giving you a comprehensive view of everything under the contract, it's always going to be refreshed and provide that whereas the receipt is going to continue to reflect just what was transacted on that particular receipt, including updates.
Ben Curran 22:16
So I'm going to quickly go back into global sales, I've chosen this contract and I have a new document history pop up and this is going to list any documents that's been generated. You can see for this one, we just created it have one documents, if I pop this open, should look very similar to the template. But of course, all of those database fields have been filled out, we have the the Item Overview section where I said you would have all of your records and fees and times as well as the bills that it's created, as well as a couple fields for deposit and how much has been paid. Let's go take a look at those bills. One thing to note. Contract Documents are not deleted every time you create the new one, you'll see it in this list. So you can always go back and reference a document that maybe was generated last week or at some point in time. They they are never removed or overwritten. So it created a standard installment bills, just like you would expect. So to interact with them, you can go right into installment billing update under household management. We have made a couple changes to this Screen, but they're all just for better organization. If your installment bills are under a contract, it's going to group all of those under a single line item in this picker, you can see here the contract name, it's going to group them together, it's going to show a default grouping by bill date, and provide a sum of those underneath. But if we pop those open, we can see all of the Tuesdays and Thursdays that we chose. And we can see here that everything that happened in December was in fact billed on January 1. And so that's that's it for installment billing update these, like I said, regular installment bills. So you could head on to installment billing processing and process as as normal or if you have a event scheduled that processes, those those bills. It'll handle those, just as you would expect. And so that's sort of the quick run through for that first example. I think I'll jump right into and quickly show the second example. I know we're running a little tight on time, so I will add a new contract. For this one, like I mentioned, it's a large event out and Future, we're gonna call this a hackathon, they want to rent a, a room in the community center. And so I'm going to uncheck automatically create billing. So this is saying, I want to go through the ad hoc billing flow. To create the bills manually, not via a template, you just do still have to choose a template, because this is where those billing Type. Billing types are chosen installment billing, ACH and such. So even though I'm going to be doing this manually, I choose this. So I have those options available. I'm just going to reuse the same template. And we'll leave that on receipt. So I have a new contract. I should nothing under here. Let's go at that facility.
Patrick Hayden 26:01
While you're bringing that up, and there's a few questions I think we can kind of easily answer in line with this. One was, what if you had to cancel a reservation and I think one of the one of the things that took a lot of time with this, but that the team did really well as is handling all of those cancellations and updates. So if you come back and you make changes to or cancel any of the reservations associated with it, whether it's an outright cancellation, or adding or reducing time adding or removing fees, that might be optional, or discounting fees, that's all going to automatically update the bills that those things were rolled under. So that's one of the nice things about this that folks might not be accustomed to from some are going they do today, we did a lot to really kind of automate that so that you can do cancel on changes as you normally would, but automatically have all the associated bills reflect that accurately. And that's true, whether it's facility or not, you know, there was another question in here about doing things outside of facility. One of the really cool things about this contracts feature is that facility is certainly one of the big use cases. But Ben's adding in Rental items right now, in addition to facility that could be Point Of Sale, or other modules as well. Certainly facility Rental and POS are kind of the ones that we see the big use cases for especially for the events, but it's not module kind of restrictive, other than a couple that we didn't think applied like tee times, and some league team stuff, I believe.
Ben Curran 27:34
Excellent. As you can imagine, you can add all sorts of things, I'll keep it, keep it simple and roll through, because I think the important part is showing this flow. So once you filled up your cart with all the items that you want for this, this contract this event, when you Click the payment, you'll see that there is $1 here signifying that there, they haven't been assigned to bills yet. So when you Click this payment, you're gonna get a pop up, that's identical to if you use the function, create bill from cart, you're gonna get a list of all the fees. For those items, you can choose, I'm going to uncheck the security deposit, so that it's paid in full. But everything else I'm going to send through to billing, I continue to see the great installment billing Screen. And this is where you can create your new records. We've heard that each organization has their own sort of business rules for collecting different amounts at different times. So for this one, I could say, we're going to one month before we're going to collect 50%. So I I booked this on March 5, so we'll do February 5 50%. And then we'll add another record for the remaining 50%, one week before, which would be February 26. So now that I have allocated all of the dollar amount, two bills, it allows me to Progress through And we're back to global sales and the flow that we had seen we'd seen earlier. So that is, you know, sort of ad hoc billing with we think there is there's room to grow in that. But right now, given that that ad billing record, you really can choose exactly when you want items to be billed. And I think the the biggest new concept when interacting with with contracts is you saw that all of those items were all of those fees were rolled up into amount and then you created bills based on that total amount, will jump quickly over to installment billing update. And you can see that it, it took those records and created bills, appropriately based on, we did a 50 split. But if you, if you did it any other way, it would create those. So we have those two, bill dates 50/50 split, and it has all the items. For this example, everything splits nicely. Um, if you had a very complex fee set, you might see a very small difference between these but for this one had a nice 50/50 split. And those bills are ready to go.
Patrick Hayden 30:53
Excellent. Couple of questions in here that maybe I'll just jump on on some of these, Ben, while I'm looking at him. And one question that I think you went through, probably while I was blabbing about something else was what would this look like with manual fees. And I think the key there is that it looks just the same as it did currently, right? Whether your fees are optional, or automatic, or a mixed bag, or many different groups of optional fees, it's all going to work seamlessly like it does now and get rolled in under the contract. And you'll still have that choice, especially with the ad hoc billing as to whether or not you include those fees in the bills or not. But the sort of workflow of adding to the cart is going to be the same regardless. And then there's a couple questions here around signatures, maybe I'll hop back to those ones in a second. It was also a question about facility fees using accrual and having a 10 day in advance due date, I think the 10 day due date, we probably have some customers on here who are trying to leverage our pending fees kind of concept to do some of this today. I know that's something that a lot of customers have tried to leverage to sort of do some of the things we're enabling in here. If you were going to contract route, you would probably move away from pending fees entirely right, that adds kind of a layer of complexity and some processes that if you're utilizing this really wouldn't be necessary. So accrual would would certainly be fine, you can continue to utilize accrual or not, you know, depending on how you're configured. But the pending fees piece, I think would would go away and utilize some of the capabilities we have for for the contract feature in the in the bills that can payment plans that can be created around that instead of the pending fees capability. The signature piece, I just want to address that real quick, because this is something that, you know, we sort of initial launch of this, we didn't go really deep with enabling electronic signatures. And we you know, we heard from some of the customers we talked with that they, you know, they're still kind of largely paper for these events. But we certainly understand that a lot of people are trying to move to not just for contracts, but for waivers in general move to more of a digital solution, which we certainly want to encourage and want to do everything we can to enable. So I guess I'll just leave it at this for now. Look forward to some more updates from us in early 2022. On that one of the things that we have on our roadmap is not just specific to contracts, but more for all things we're capturing signatures for in general waivers being a big one of them to develop a solution that doesn't require a third party add on. I know some folks asked about DocuSign there's certainly a lot of value in that. But we want to do something that doesn't require third party integration that lets you capture signatures, for waivers for things like contracts over WebTrac, which we took sort of a first small step in that direction for doing e signatures on WebTrac. But we want to extend that to let you invoke the need for a signature from RecTrac. But capture the signature over people's phones or a kiosk or over WebTrac. So more to come on that won't be specific just to contracts will be something more comprehensive to contracts and waivers and anywhere else that you want to capture signatures and definitely something we'll probably be doing a feature RecChat on and 2022 for sure.
Zach Malloch 34:14
And one of the other questions that keeps coming up, Patrick, and maybe this is a good time for that is is this included? Or is this an add on? And if it is an add on? How much extra would it be?
Patrick Hayden 34:24
Yeah, so this is is not included? You know, I think initially the sort of small lift, we were planning to deal with something we were planning to simply include for everyone as we really pursued and engaged with a lot of customers on what was really needed to solve this right. And it became a much bigger project that we ended up having a, you know, an entire team on for many, many months, you know, became something that we that we felt should be an add on. We can certainly contact sales to get a formal quote on it. But it's not a user base thing. But I think there are two tiers for kind of, you know, our basic and workgroup, customers and then enterprise As customers, I believe that two prices are one is $100 per month and the other is 130. Is the lowest price for this. So but certainly contact sales to get a formal quote on that.
Zach Malloch 35:15
Right, and then the last question that's out there. So John Meredith was asking about having an installment billing management capability directly from global sales. I know we can add the Button to access installment billing from the cart, but I think this would be something a little bit different, that would be an enhancement request.
Patrick Hayden 35:34
Yeah, yeah, I think it's one that makes a lot of sense. And this is certainly not the only use case where it makes sense. But one that brings that to the surface again, like it's a great, a great point, something we can definitely take a look at. I think we already did some things with contract management to bring some new functionality specifically to the contract tab. That was, you know, things from from purchase history and things of that nature that really allow you to be to be focused on contracts. But that's another function that I think that makes a ton of sense. And when you see Ben jumping out to household management to Click the Button, that that kind of highlights that for sure.
Zach Malloch 36:11
Well, that's about all the questions that are currently pending here at the moment, just a couple of things. So this is coming out, as we can see on Screen, it's 3.1.10.10. It's planned for the week of 12/13. Hopefully, by then we'll be able to load it up into our hosted environments, we'll make it available on FTP site. That release also has the topic doc for contract setup built into it. So if you get in touch with sales, and you want to start using contracts, as soon as you have that release and turn it on, you'll have the topic doc that walks you through start to finish all the stuff that Ben went through and kind of the overview session here.
Patrick Hayden 36:48
Yeah, and I think it's worth just reminding people, you know, some of the key things that we did touch on related to that and getting getting going with it. One of the kind of cardinal rules we set for ourselves that Ben touched on is not to make people do a whole bunch of reconfiguration of fees. Right. So there's a few questions about what if they're manual, or what affair, you know, we have accrual on, what we did not want to make people do is take these facilities with complex fee structures, or Rental items or whatever it might be, and make you have your normal fee setup. And then another fee setup for handling them with contracts or payment plans. So it's your existing configuration that should work just like it does now and shouldn't need any reconfiguration. And just really lay in contracts on top of that. So by creating the letter, creating some default records, you can be off and running with it and not need to do reconfiguration at the kind of item level associated with the fees that you're going to now be including in contracts. And again, it is it is cross module, right. So we focused on facility, we certainly hear loud and clear that that's the number one use case. But we certainly do for see customers, especially with events like like Ben showed, having a facility plus a bunch of maybe Rental items for linens and chairs and tables, and maybe Point Of Sale inventory if folks are doing kind of bar Type stuff in this or service fees for some of those kind of ancillary items that might be associated with the events. And you can do it all even for those modules that traditionally didn't have any billing capabilities.
Zach Malloch 38:17
And on that side, Patrick, one of the questions came up about doing it for summer camp where payments are not always the same for each family, maybe different financial assistance, but presumably this would work for that too.
Patrick Hayden 38:27
It would I think for that you wouldn't need contracts, per se, we do have and maybe this is something worth doing RecChat on Sunday that create both from current capability specifically for activity that lets you do some of that kind of ad hoc billing for activities specifically. So I think that might be a better probably solution for that camp scenario. But it would work. But it might be a bit of overkill for for like Activity Registration scenario, specifically, if they're really just looking to do custom billing.
Zach Malloch 39:04
And we actually do have a virtual symposium about the ad hoc installment billing from cart in global sales. So a little plug there cross cross promotion. We had one other question pop up real quick. Aaron was wondering if you can upload other documents to associate with the copy of the contract, say an insurance proof of insurance or something along those lines.
Ben Curran 39:25
You can't say in the in the document history that I showed, I think you can upload documents for households. Is that correct?
Patrick Hayden 39:36
Yeah, but not they wouldn't explicitly be associated with the contract. Another sort of plug for something coming down the road. That is something be again, we've heard from a lot of customers, the insurance example proof of residency different things where folks want to capture documents associated with households, or maybe even associated with a particular registration. In a reservation in this case, and that's something that one of our teams is working on now is work with some of our custom kind of form capabilities to be able to enable question types that support document uploads. So that in line with normal question capabilities, you can request a document to be uploaded and handle that insurance Type situation as well as a lot of others that people have expressed an interest in. So that's something that's under development now.
Zach Malloch 40:28
Sounds like we have some topics or for some future RecChat sessions already. 2022. So that's exciting to look forward to. I think that we're getting towards the end. Well, so as a response to what you just said, Jennifer is curious if you can currently ask questions in contracts. I think it would just be questions attached to the item that you're reserving. And then you could probably pull those question and answers in with the document fields into the contract building.
Patrick Hayden 40:58
Yeah, and again, I think just to say one last time it the key is all the capabilities that you currently have for whatever module you might be putting under contracts remain, you know, there really aren't limitations like that, whether it's how the fees are configured or questions or any other things that you might be invoking during that kind of purchase of that item all we'll you know, we'll work with contracts, there aren't really limiting factors, it really is kind of laying on top of all that, as opposed to altering how any of those things currently working in RecTrac.
Zach Malloch 41:33
Great. Well, we cleared the board once again, we're a bit over. So I'm going to start wrapping things up. If anybody has any last minute questions or thoughts. I'll give you the chance. But I wanted to thank everybody for sticking around with us. This will be posted and available for review in the RecChat archives, just like all of our items. And then once this is released, we'll just put a link to the topic, Doc, if anybody's curious about that. So by the week of 12/13, expect to have that posting updated so you can watch it and access the document at that point. Any final words Patrick or Ben?
Patrick Hayden 42:12
No, just welcome Ben to the team now that everybody's met him even though he's been here for 10 months for some getting them in front of the the big group. So happy to have him with us.
Ben Curran 42:21
Absolutely. Yeah. Thank you.
Zach Malloch 42:23
Yeah. And just real quick plug for the topic doc has been a lot of Julia's time and effort going in that and working very closely with Ben. So it's nice to have that document ready to go when we have the product ready to go. Something we're trying Absolutely. All right. Well, yeah, getting some things in the chat. Thank you all for being here. And I guess we're not going to necessarily see too many people for another RecChat before Christmas. Anybody that's going to be in the virtual symposium. We'll see you guys next week, and we'll talk to everybody soon.
Patrick Hayden 42:55
Thanks, everyone!
