Welcome to RecChat, I am your host, Zach Malloch, let me just mute my secondary speakers there we go try to get that at the same time, but it needed an extra Button Click. Anyway, welcome to RecChat chat, let me stop sharing with since we've actually started our presentation. With you by myself today. So this is going to be a little bit weird. I will be talking to all of you. But of course, I can't see anybody and I don't have my normal cohorts to bounce things off of but I think we're going to be able to do just fine. Regardless. So let's see what does Bret usually say today's RecChat is about tips and tricks. If you've been to a recent user group or trade show, there's possibility you've seen some of these, you know, it's some of those stuff that tends to be fairly evergreen, it makes sense to bring up multiple times, because maybe this will be the time that you really see that life changing tip. And maybe it's something that you've missed before. So there might be some basic stuff, there might be some new things for you. And of course, if anybody has any suggestions, we can take those. And if we don't get to anything today, we can have another one of these maybe makes sense to have these about once a every half a year or once a quarter or something along those lines.
Zach Malloch 1:59
So let's go ahead and get started by sharing my Screen. There's my RecTrac. Oh, and then the other thing that we're supposed to talk about is making sure that you use that q&a Button down at the bottom, if there is something that you want to ask, that helps me keep track of it, especially since I'm on my own today. And then if you have any just general tips or tricks or things that you want to contribute more of a conversational thing doesn't have to be as imperative as a question, we can certainly put that into chat, I believe everybody has access to chat with everybody at the moment. So the first thing is a nice basic thing just to get us started here. And that's Did you know that you can change the order of the Tabs, of course these open in the order that you launch the programs. But if you then are realizing you want activity management to be over, you can just drag it and drop it and you can kind of see the the other Tabs move around and adjust their position. So easy to to try to change your workflow as you're going. So real simple, real basic. Hopefully most people have seen that is got a comment on my car, after be able to switch it between print mode and non printing depending on which one is attractive. Oh, hey, did you know that you can use gifs or gifs as your image. And so it's a way to put a little bit of animation into your touchscreen. Of course we can do and do a ton of these your touchscreen loads all the images. And if you have hundreds of them, it can take a while and slow things down. But as a nice accent piece, it's not a bad thing to have their nice little thing to throw in. Somebody also commented about the Tabs on top of my browser that's outside of the scope of today's conversation. We're just talking about RecTrac and WebTrac, however, and our next one is going to go to WebTrac. So we'll kind of bounce around just a little bit here. Once again, if anybody has any questions, or has any follow ups wants to get deeper into anything, please let me know. And we can certainly do that. All right, so if we switch to WebTrac Nope, I kind of killed my own thunder here.
Zach Malloch 4:10
But did you know you can display member barcodes. So all you have to do is log into WebTrac. And then under my memberships on your reprint. This is by default, you of course name it something else if you wanted to. And these are all of the memberships owned by this particular household. And if we Click on that, we can see what the memberships are that that particular person has. So if they need to double check with their expiration dates or anything like that, or they can certainly do so but it also displays their barcode. And if we imagine that this would be a little bit more the size and shape of something that would show up on somebody's phone, you could imagine it looks a little bit more like this. And switching back and forth between your different members would be pretty easy to switch back and forth between of course the barcode is only finding the member and then RecTrac is checking to see if the members should be little swipe in at any particular location that you have. But it is a way that they can get to that right from WebTrac. So if they forget their membership, they are not out of luck, of course, you could always look them up. But maybe this is a little bit faster. You know, if you have a big family, maybe it's not faster to go through and Click on each of these one at a time. But if people are potentially having one of those key chain apps that keeps track of multiple barcodes, they could get the barcode from here and put it into their app and use it from there. Now the one thing about scanning is you do tend to need a 2d barcode scanner. So if it just has a single laser line, most likely the reflectivity of your Screen is not going to let it read the barcode. But you have something that can actually take a picture of the barcode. So something that's scanning QR codes. Generally speaking, it also just has a red area that is scanning rather than a single line. Those are the types of scanners that tend to work and this does work on the kiosk side of things as well. Let's see, did you know that you can require signatures on various waivers. So I don't know for sure if I have a waiver attached to this facility, I've got some rule violations coming up. Let me see if I can get to something that probably won't have any violations. Something like a simple Point Of Sale item here. And let me just make sure that I have something attached to that. So number 11 test. Inventory is really looking for management, it's a lot. Maybe it's actually a service side.
Zach Malloch 6:51
Eleven test here we go. Okay, so we can do rules and waivers. That's been something that we've been able to do for a while. But if we add a new waiver here, just real briefly, let's call this like pls test. And it's actually going to be in the letter that we put that signature area might already have a signature test. There's WebTrac signature rave waiver. So if I look at this, basically, it just has this signature capture area. And that's basically just a, a code that we can do as a signature for the separate doc or within the receipt. And if we add that text, we can see that it's kind of specifying what we actually need it to do. And then based on your settings on your WebTrac parameter Profile, we'll be able to go check that out really quickly here in just one second. We're just attaching that signature to this. This item. And so we'll put that within the receipt detail, because that's what I told it to do as far as the signature capture was, select it. And now this waiver is attached to actually just make sure that this is set to be WebTrac as well. interface Type is all this. So now when I go to sell this item, it's going to request that I complete the waiver. And, of course, while I'm testing this live, it's not going to do exactly what I wanted to do. We do have a whole RecChat that about this topic. So I think I'm going to because we have a lot of Digi nodes to get to I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this one this one. But just to really quickly jump into my web user and my WebTrac parameters. And maybe that's actually maybe I didn't have my signature capture configured for my Point Of Sale module, which would probably be likely. So here is our miscellaneous settings, nope. Our waiver options is what we're looking for. And if I look at Point Of Sale, there's inventory there Service Item. So it's at night now to eauthorized. And instead, I want to do that as an E signature. And then that would allow me to capture a signature during the sales process. So we like I said we have a full RecChat about that. But let's go ahead and keep going just a little bit.
Zach Malloch 9:35
So I think that most people will probably know this. But did you know that in activity management if you have an activity that's going to be meeting on different days and times where maybe there's a different location at one particular meeting day, we can take care of that through our custom schedule. So we have this custom schedule and holidays Button if there was a custom schedule It would be highlighted red. But if we jump in here, we can create a custom schedule. Now, this Button is called a custom schedule and holidays. So it's really either of those cases, if I wanted to do a complete custom schedule, I would just clone from the date and time and location that's on the activity. So this bulk create just automatically fills it in from there. And I can just go in and adjust it. And let's say on the 12th, we're actually meeting at room number 441, rather than 440. Versus that doesn't exist, I'll have to choose one that does, let's do 451, rather than 440. And we'll save that record. And so I'm saving it just for this record. And so the rest of the schedule is completely as it was. But we have this 451. Now the thing to understand is if I'm doing this, and if any of these are linked to that do not have the holiday title turned on, then we're basically only looking at this schedule. And we're now going to ignore what's actually on here. So this facility assignment, these beginning dates, ending dates, beginning time, ending time and the days of the week, we don't really care about these, as soon as there is a custom schedule, and I said that this will turn red, it will. But we do have to let the record Save, and then come back into it. And now, we will see that we have that custom schedule and holiday. Now if this was just a holiday, so let's just say that we're not meeting on this day, because it's a holiday. And if I then deleted the rest of these lines, then I don't have to set each of the meeting days because the only thing that's here is a holiday, the system understands that we're going to be skipping that date. And it doesn't really consider it in the exclusion of the main schedule, it just says that on this date we're not going to meet. So that's a little bit of just clarification on what the custom schedule on holiday does. And of course, when you clone this, we can discard all the custom schedules. So if it's not going to be the same individual discrepancies next year, we don't have to really worry about carrying that forward.
Zach Malloch 12:14
All right, as another time says saving option. This one affects either rules and or fees depending on what you want it to do. So when I Click Add a fee or add a rule will notice that I have a couple of things kind of shortcut right here. And even before we got to this, we had the option of potentially choosing a default record or creating a new fee from scratch. And then I have my favorites criteria just immediately available as these buttons. So then all you have to do is Click on it, set the value and save it to that fee rather than having to find the criteria from our giant list of over 50 different criteria types each time. And so that is done via the rule and fee Profile and we configure it separately for each module if we want to. So it's in Profile assignments, I actually still have this open, maybe I'll move it over to my main tab, my first tab right over here. And if we go through my linking levels, we can actually see that I don't have a rule and fee Profile at my main level, I think I just have my default. But you can create this from scratch, I do not believe that we include this as a default in any of our databases. But you can create it, if you're creating it from scratch, because you do not have one yet, you just need to make sure that your Profile Type and subtype are both set to rules and fees. And then you can give it any description you want to since it is a Profile, it follows all of the other Profile, Profile rules or logic. So he went to link it to an individual user or user group or to the default level, we can do all of that. And we can configure it for either rules and or for fees.
Zach Malloch 14:05
So I was just an activity fees, I created a new fee. And the three criteria that were predefined for me were these that I had already selected. So maybe age would be something that's also important for activities, but maybe not necessarily for fees, maybe the rules would be more likely to have age as a criteria for activities. So we can see that I've got different different criteria set for rules versus fees within the activity module. And of course I could come in I've got different fee criteria for passes. I don't have any rule criteria for passes. And so that means that if I go into my activity section, we have these three criteria as my defaults when I create a fee. If I create a new rule, we'll see that we have different default criteria available. And also, I'll go back into that Profile and show how we can assign In these defaults, but I've got the four different criteria defined because I'm creating a rule within the activity module. And I can certainly jump into paths if one does show that they don't have the criteria kind of predefined. But I think that kind of makes sense, just overall. And if I jump back in here, there's my one fee Profile still selected. So if I highlight that, the top part of each side, so this section at the top for rules, and the section at the top for fees are all about those criteria to make buttons. So you don't have to choose them from the list, then we can choose what our default fees are. So if it's blank, if I have any default fees in the system, they'll show up and be available for me to pick from. But if I want to save it, well, I have some default fees set up. And they are really defined to be activity fees, and they have others that are signed, designed to be facility fees, that I can make my individual selections. So you know, like the resident hourly facility rate probably doesn't make sense to be in an activity that maybe the single drop in option does. And then the facility, we would have maybe the resident hourly facility rate or any other defaults we wanted to create to just provide some shortcuts for us. So that's the rules and the fees Profile. I certainly talked about this whenever I go into most of my rule and fee training stuff. But that's just a little reiteration of it. Let's see, I think I saw a chat message come through.
Zach Malloch 16:45
All right, so Scott is saying that they use favorite shortcut buttons on the global sales look up and household management to find the household and the family member. So a good use of that for sure. Now, I guess, Scott, I'm not, maybe I'm just in the wrong headspace at the moment, I'm not use a favorite shortcut Button on the global sales lookup and household management Screen. So from a global sales lookup, we can jump into looking people up by the household last name, a family member, household member, etc. And then from our favorites Screen, we can of course, make global sales and household management something right from there. And then if we're at our default RecTrac Screen, we of course, have all of these favorites. And these can get right into global sales for the household look up, etc. I'm wondering if that might be what you're talking about there, Scott. Let's talk about activities again. So we just talked about creating rules and fees, I use exit activities as the example. But did you know that activity inquiry is a real nice shortcut for getting to a lot of the information that you are looking for, which means we might give some people more limited access to activities, they might not be able to get into the management side of things, because you don't want them to change settings, that maybe we also want to let them get a little bit more information. And so from this Screen, we can get into the detail about how the activity is set up. A little bit more importantly, however, if we get into the sections, then we have a couple of other options. So by highlighting one of the individual sections, I can see how many times this particular class meats, I can get a real quick shortcut to running a roster for that activity. I can see who's actually in there, I can see the questions and answers that were asked to them. Because this is a DataGrid will other Did you know but you can export any DataGrid as a comma delimited file. So maybe you just want to get this information you don't even need to run a report after you have this. Let's go back to Section detail inquiry right here. So then we can also see what our income and expenses or for any visits associated with this activity, etc. And I think there might be a slight difference go directly into section inquery close this
Zach Malloch 19:42
that's the detail of the activity. So I think that how Oh my notes are saying that we should be able to get directly to a RecConnect from the section inquiry that I am not seeing the RecConnect Button so we may not have something When built properly for this Tivoli section inquiry section, make sure that we have some people enrolled.
Zach Malloch 20:09
Well, so you should have, you might. So Laurie is saying it is on her RecTrac. So if you, I must have something configured a little bit differently that you will probably have a RecConnect Button. So that means that you can run a process to get in touch with your patrons right from here. Kind of going back to what I talked about a little bit before, but from the WebTrac Menus, we can customize everything from here if we want to. And I actually just saw Laurie mentioned. Oh, so that was a good one. Angela is asking me if I can Click on Class count from here. So if I Click Class count, it should just give me a number of the times those sessions are scheduled. So between the beginning and the ending date, and the number of days and the weeks that are defined, it should tell you how many how many you get, maybe Jut is mentioning that there's usually a drop down. So maybe I have some sort of a custom Screen design here. Let me turn on my defaults. And I'll go back into section inquery. There we go. So this is what you should all be seeing. And so there's your RecConnect. And then if you're doing a roster that you actually want to print. So we can have various output templates selected by based on the various types of section reports that we're running. So these are your rosters, it looks like this is maybe a custom output. And then the output, we get to choose what types of if we want to do the summary of the detail so we can get to all of your roster stuff right from here without having to go to a separate report.
Zach Malloch 22:18
Yep, okay. So and Laurie was saying that's a game changer. So that's nice if we can get one thing that at least a couple of people are like, oh, gosh, that's awesome. That's the whole point of everything here. So what I was just talking about before is your menu item. So we had talked briefly about how, if you're logged in as your user, and you can get to the displaying your own passes through this my memberships, maybe we'd want to actually call it display by barcode or something along those lines, maybe under search, we wanted to have, instead of activity search, maybe you use the term class. So all of this is configurable. We have plenty of RecChats about menu management. But if I go into WebTrac, menu management, I need to do the one that is actually linked to my WebTrac menu code, I believe it is web menu. And so it depends on whether using Next Gen my account or max, Next Gen primary. And so in WebTrac, it's based on this is your primary under search under Next Gen under this is my account under Next Gen. So we can get in there and we can start customizing things. So we can either remove items, we can rearrange their positions, but those were I have it called Class Search rather than activity search. And if I wanted to adjust that, I could certainly come over here and change my label. And save that. And then as soon as that change is committed, when I refresh my browser, go back under Search. Then we can see that's now activity search rabbit and Class Search. So there are a couple of things, we need to make sure that your menu design code is linked to your menu design Profile, and that's linked to your web user. And then you're editing the right one. As I said we had plenty of documentation on those processes. So Kristen is asking where can we look up barcodes for passes in RecTrac. And that is once again when when you're well it's only in WebTrac If you want to display the barcode. So this is on mobile WebTrac or regular WebTrac and your member just logs in. They go to their account and they Click on my memberships, and then you Click on the member that's here and then it will display their barcode. So they miss that little bit from before Okay, so let's keep going
Zach Malloch 25:00
program. Okay, yeah. So a little bit along the line of being able to reposition these screens. Maybe we were in the middle of doing a registration and somebody walked past. I see a question came in Nikki is asking, is there a way to turn on past photos in the barcode Screen of mobile WebTrac. And there is not, I don't think that there's a big reason for it to be there. Remembering the barcode is what they'll scan, and then their photos should show up on your Screen. And also, theoretically, the phone will be held by the person that is scanning their barcode. So not currently any ways of displaying their photo on mobile WebTrac next to their barcodes. But we were talking about, so maybe we're in the process of doing a transaction, we're building a large Facility Reservation for this one customer. And they need to take a call and talk to somebody and get some more information. And meanwhile, somebody else's I'd like to register for something. And so if I turn on this open application in a new tab, and then Click on global sales, again, I still have my first global sales session right here, but then I have a new one started, that's actually all the way over here, since I have a lot of Tabs open, I'll go ahead and close a couple of these just so we can see everything. But there's my global sales look up and I can start a session for a different household. And of course, I found somebody that's in the main household that I'm working in. So it's low, the next 50 will just get a little bit further down.
Zach Malloch 26:47
And so then I'm processing on two separate global sales Tabs at the same time. And you can do this with any programs in the system. By default, if I just Click on global sales, it's going to bring me back to the global sales tab I already have open. But if we Click on our menu that expands it and turn on this open application in new tab, it will launch it as a separate instance. Okay, I think there's a question that came in was the well. Okay, and so Kristen is asking, is there a way we can look up a member's assigned barcode without the member logging into WebTrac or report if assigned barcodes. So typically speaking, the barcode is more a function of a number that already exists in the system. So the only time you would be having something other than like their member number of either or barcode is if you are using their cross reference. So if I went into household inquiry here, just to jump into their record, and get into details. And then because they're the primary member, I think that there, we don't have it right there. So we would basically just be looking to get into the member details, and hopefully windows up here that I might be missing something. Okay, so here's our member details for the primary member. And then we can get to the cross reference from here, but maybe it's not turned on. And also, I might be having some stuff going on with my Screen design. But I guess I wanted to come back and just kind of mentioned mentioned that more often than looking up the current customers barcode, you would just be looking at the customer's name in your past visit Screen. And so I guess I just want everybody to make sure that you're aware of that you can do that you don't have to swipe somebody, but it right in visit processing.
Zach Malloch 29:00
You can look up by their name rather than by their pass number or something along those lines. So maybe less than need to look up the barcode. The other thing you can do is, when you're running pass membership reports, the xref the cross reference is something that you can add to those membership reports. So you can do that for sure. So hopefully that helps you out Kristen. And I can certainly get into a report, although we're close to the end of our session. And as I kind of thought we have a lot more Digi knows to go through. So I think that we will get a little bit more into this in a future session. But I will end with this one which is kind of a bigger, did you know but did you know that you can potentially work with your GIS department Global Information Services and you can import an entire list of addresses in your database. And then from that import file, you can turn on your address validation. And so that means that when you're creating new addresses, it will start to try to auto fill the address in based on everything that you imported. Theoretically, you're only importing resident addresses. Otherwise, you have to import literally every single address in the entire country. But if it if you're only importing residents, and somebody does not match that address prefill, then it will automatically assign them not as non resident status. So it's a way of automating the system. If you're looking for details on how you can import this, we can Click here as I just clicked on the little i to get the info box. And then we can Click here, and then this will give me some information. So this is activity section, if I go down to look for address lookup, then this is the format that you need to create a spreadsheet. So in column one, it would need to be the street address and column two, the apartment number if there is one, column three would be the City column for the state, zip code category, etc. And we can download a file in a CSV format and see what that looks like in Excel. And then you can customize that as you go from there. And there it is. So there is an example of somebody. And actually, this looks like it's the wrong example. That might just be Yeah, that's not the right thing. Let me try this again, see a sample import file. There it is, use the wrong file that I opened.
Zach Malloch 31:57
So this would be the example. And then you just replace this data, of course with your actual data. And then you have the ability of doing address validation. Right from there. Let's see. Yeah, so Angela is saying that the member barcode on WebTrac will be very, very helpful when you get our kiosks set up. And this is compatible with kiosk mode. And they can pull up and save their own barcode to Apple wallet, for example. Exactly. And there, I think that that brings us to half an hour. I guess maybe I'll just finish this up by answering Kristen's question a little bit more, clearly got some nice alliteration right there. So if we are wanting to just see everybody's barcode number, once again, it's not really going to be sorry, another question came in. And Nikki is saying that she doesn't think you can save barcodes, the Apple wallet, there are ways of getting other things into your apple wallet. I don't think that there's like a quick Button that you can Press from WebTrac to get it there. But I believe that you can just create a new Apple wallet card and potentially just manually put in a barcode number in there. I believe. That being said, I haven't done that in a while. And I'm not going to pretend that I can support all of Apple's products right here. But that's a good thing too. There might also need to be a third party app, there are some other like keychain apps out there that are specifically designed to let you do that. So maybe there's something that you as a department can find that you like and recommend that particular thing. But there there are multiple ways we can potentially come about trying to solve that. So anyway, getting back into looking up pass barcodes. If I go to a pass membership report, the membership reports are going to be the intersection of the people that buy the membership and the membership Type that you're selling. So this will have the fields from both the person which is where the cross reference if they have one would exist and as well as their membership exists. And so basically, I just want to go into a report that I like and I would create a new membership or I can or a new report or I can just update one that I've already created. And I think if I do X might not be on the SAdetails side probably on the same person.
Zach Malloch 34:57
Okay, there's a cross reference list. So I just need to add this Field to any pass member report. And then if that person has a number in that Field, it will then print that number on the report. And we'll get to know what their cross references. Once again, most people, their barcode is not a separate number. Most people are not using cross references. So in that case, it would just be their member ID, basically, you'd have to really look at what your ID looks like. So if you're using Member ID with last card, you want to include this Field. Otherwise, you would just use this ID number, and then that should represent the bar code that is on anybody's pass. And I think we'll go ahead and there really quick session covering a lot of very disparate things. So I'll just make a note of how far we got. And then if we wouldn't have another one of these sessions, we certainly can. If you have any RecTrac hacks that you have discovered, and really enjoy, always love to see those. And I will be probably integrate them into a future session. So I think that let's see, listen, this says hi, hi, Lucinda, how's it going? I'm guessing that there might be a little bit more of a follow up. So we'll wait just for a moment to see about that.
Zach Malloch 36:21
Are there any other closing questions or comments that anybody wants to talk about before we wrap this up? And we had to ask Bret and Daniel, they're not here at the moment. Okay, well, listen to if you have any other questions, please feel free just to email me directly. But I think we are going to go ahead. And let's see, Angela had a quick question. Is there a hack out there to see fees without having to drill into the fees tab? Sort of? So there's two ways I would answer that, I don't know that it's going to count as a hack for you. But one would be running your proof reports. So your activity proof reports your facility, each module has a proof report, tab, or the proof report report. And each one of those proof reports can be configured to include certain let's go into sections setup report, activity section report. And then if we go to our it's technically it's a setup report, but going to all outputs should let me get there and really looking for this proof report. And actually not can't customize that output. But when we hit process, we'll get a pop up Window then asks us what details do I want to include with fees? So the amounts the amount override all that sort of stuff? So this is one way of getting your free information out without having to go into the inquiry, of course, is a report any easier to get to than running a section inquiry? And maybe the answer is no. I guess I have two other options. One is would be browsing WebTrac. And you can see what the fees are displaying online. And then the last one, and see if I still have it in my head would be your transaction simulator. So your transaction simulators maybe, I mean, we have had a RecChat about this itself. But this is a way that you can put in a certain number of sections, a certain date and time range and basically run a lot of test transactions all at once. And it'll show you what the results of all those transactions are. So it's technically an answer to your question, Angela, I don't know if it's, once again, I don't know how successful that is. And let's see, Joseph is saying another way, we reviewed the fees in bulk, put all the programs this web display, yes, and Demo, and then scroll through Demo WebTrac. So that would be using WebTrac as a suggestion. And then Angela, you already got to transaction simulator, which I was just talking about. So we are on the same page.
Zach Malloch 36:43
And then Lecinda to what you're saying that you're not getting the VSI Connect RecChat emails. So we have been looking at a lot of different things with emails lately. With the recent update was just applied to hosted this week. I think maybe it was last week, but the opt in email that should actually start to have an effect on the way we send out regular emails. So there is your email trust score that's kind of in the background of everything out there. There's spam companies that keep track of your trust score and then make it more or less likely for our emails to end up in your spam folder. Are your main inbox. So I would certainly check to see if you have any of our invites in your spam box. And if so, market is not spam added to your trusted Senders List, those would be good recommendations. Otherwise, just shoot an email to support and ask them to check to see if you're still subscribed, we did have, we might actually still have this issue where if you tell the system, you want to unsubscribe from one thing with any of our emails that actually unsubscribes you from all of our emails. And that's because we haven't moved through the whole opt in with our other products. We use Microsoft Dynamics as a call tracking center. And they also have an opt in process. But to switch away from that would mean that basically nobody would be getting emails until you guys all figured out how to sign up for them yourself. So we're, we're looking to transition to that. But we are not there quite yet. But yeah, if you're not getting an email, if it's not in junk, then support should be able to get you back on the list.

And Liz is asking how you change the global sales look up Drop-down list to a Button. So I assume that what you're talking about is go back to household look up here, making this a Button rather than all these individual little drops, or rather than having them all spread out, which is what I had initially, because I was not using my VSI Screen design. So a while ago, there was a an update to global sales that included, you know, changing basically everything into this one little drop down rather than having it all spread out. And the only reason that you would not have that is if you're using some sort of a custom Global Sales Screen. So the easiest way is just go to your support tab, turn on this use VSI Screen design Toggle if you have it and then launch global sales, and it should have things a little bit more consistent. And it will be in line with the way that we have redesigned global sales. If it does change it, then that means that you do have a custom global sales setup. And that means that you would just have to go into your custom setup, and then combine these into a single Button. And unfortunately, I think that's going to be a little bit outside of the scope of what we'll be talking about today. But we do have menu and Screen design RecChats from the past. We have Menus, Screen design, virtual symposiums available in the RecTrac lab. And we also have some basic overview videos, I don't think we covered this specifically, but you know, some of the mechanics of doing the Screen design, and you can find those in our Cullen knowledge base. So hopefully that helps out. But of course, Liz, if that doesn't do it for you just go ahead and call into support. And it should be an easy thing for somebody to help you walk through. And with that, we're going to go ahead and close things down. So I very much appreciate everybody's Oh, I did see one more really good question that came in from Erica. So Erica is asking, Is it possible to default your DataGrid search filters to contains? And broadly, yes. So if I go into my management, Screen, Mama gents management, Screen management. We actually have this Button, or update default widgets. So it's not technically within the Screen, I mean, you can go into each Screen design and go into your data grids and just change some of that. But this default widgets, these are all the different components that we have. So what happens when you have just a Button what happens when you have a character fill in Field? Well, a character fill in Field, we could potentially change the filter option default to contains. And if we do that here, it should change Oh, and any non customized data grids in your system. So this would be the way to do it. Now because this is one place to change default widgets, I would recommend playing around with it in Demo. Because it is widgets, it's kind of loaded when screens are loaded. So when you update something like this, it probably is a good idea to clear all cache also. And then even log out of RecTrac and log back in before you can expect to see some of those changes. Once again, you might not see those changes if you have customized those screens or those DataGrid specifically. But it's it should be a pretty easy way to do it. So play around with that. And once again, if you're not able to get it working, you should be able to get in touch with support and they should be able to walk you through it.

So now we'll end it there but that was a really good question to end with me. And we feel good. All right, so I'm gonna go ahead and stop my share. And I think that that is it. So keep your questions coming. If anybody ever has any ideas for a session or these individual hacks, I will collect them and keep them in mind for future sessions. And I will talk to everybody soon. All right, and normally it asked other people if they have any ending comments, but since it's just you guys and me, we'll just go from here. All right. Thanks, everybody. Talk to you soon.
