Empty Name Column for Some HHs / FM on Report

Problem
When running a report we are noticing missing SAperson data on a report column for the transaction row.
Solution
The empty spaces on the report are due to items that were sold to a household member without data in the first and last name fields. This data will need to be entered and then the report rerun.
Steps For Solution
- Determine which household is affected.
- In RecTrac, go to Household Management.
- Highlight the Household from the DataGrid.
- Click Change.
- Fill in the first and last name for the family member.
- Click Save.
- Rerun the Report.
The report should now display the missing data.
