How to Schedule a Report to Run Automatically

Problem
I need a report to run automatically on a set schedule.
Solution
Set up a scheduled report to run at desired intervals.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, navigate to Report Output Listing.
- Select the desired report from the DataGrid.
- Click Run Report.
- Select the desired criteria:
- For reports requiring a rolling date range (for example: Facility Reservations for the upcoming week, Activity enrollments for last month), choose a date option other than Actual Date. See: Date/Time Select Fields in RecTrac for examples of the various input types and how they manipulate the date.
- Click Process.
- Toggle on Email Report.
- Enter the email address(s) of the staff members who need this report, separated by a comma.
- Enter a Email Subject and Email Body that will help identify the report.
- Click Schedule.
- Input a Schedule Name that will help identify the report.
- Note: Once scheduled, the Schedule Name cannot be changed.
- Set the Begin date--when you want the event to start running.
- Set the End date--when you want the event to stop running.
- Set Months, Day Option, and Weekdays.
- Choose between a fixed time or interval under Time Option and make the corresponding time entry.
- Set the user you want this to run as.
- Click Save.
