The MainTrac Work Order report output allows you to make .pdfs from Work Orders in the MainTrac module and then print hardcopy of them as needed. Each Work Order always begins on its own page.
The MainTrac Work Order Results Report allows you to report on Labor Hours and various costs linked to completed Work Orders.
RecTrac Process and Reporting screens offer numerous fields and widgets that allow you to filter the data for which your process or report is being run. RecTrac Widgets provides definitions and examples to show you how these work.

Core Criteria
Work Orders (MTWorkOrder_WorkOrderNumber_DataGrid)
The Work Order DataGrid displays all Work Orders in your database based on the DataGrid filters being used and your Permissions.
Highlight/select individual Work Orders, as needed, from the DataGrid. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Select the Use Work Order Number Range option.
THEN
Input the range of Work Orders you wish to include. When the report is run, each Work Order will begin on its own page.
Make selections in the DataGrid or use an Work Order Number Range or Both. Leaving the DataGrid blank and the Use Range option de-selected will result in NO WORK ORDERS being selected.

DeleteUse Work Order Number Range (MTWorkOrder_WorkOrderNumber_UseRange)
This field appears in numerous programs. Its functionality may vary.
Select this option to limit your selection to a range of Work Order Numbers.
THEN
Enter the range of Work Order Numbers. Each Work Order will print on its own page.
OR
Leave this option de-selected to skip the Work Order Number Range check and make selections from the DataGrid if applicable.
- If there is a DataGrid for this program - In instances where you have a DataGrid and corresponding Range a selection in one or the other (or both) is required. Selecting nothing from the DataGrid and nothing from the Range yields a blank report or process.
- If there is NOT a DataGrid for this program - In instances where you do NOT have a DataGrid a selection here is NOT required. Leaving this option de-selected skips this filter and results in ALL Codes being included.
Work Order Status (MTWorkOrder_RecordStatus_ComboBox)
Click the Combo Box icon to select the Work Order Status(es) on which you wish to report. Only those Work Order Numbers with a Status matching your selection(s) will be included.
Leave this field at its default value (0) to skip the Status check.
DeleteBegin Work Order Number (MTWorkOrder_WorkOrderNumber_Begin)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Work Order Number Range.
Click the Picklist icon to select the Beginning and Ending Work Order Numbers for their respective fields. Work Order Numbers within the range entered will be included in the process. Each Work Order will begin on its own page.
DeleteEnd Work Order Number (MTWorkOrder_WorkOrderNumber_End)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Work Order Number Range.

DeleteAssigned Staff (MTWorkOrder_StaffCode_Equals)
Click the Picklist icon to select a Staff Member Code. Any Work Orders assigned to the Staff Member selected will be included.
Leave this field at its default value (blank) to skip the Assigned Staff check.
DeleteCreated By (MTWorkOrder_UserName_Equals)
Click the Picklist icon to select a User ID Code. Any Work Orders created by the User ID selected will be included.
Leave this field at its default value (blank) to skip the Created By check.
DeletePermissions (MTWorkOrder_Permissions_ComboBox)
Click the Combo Box icon to select a Permission Code or Codes, if desired. The report will filter to those Work Orders linked to the Permission Code(s) you select.
Optionally you can leave this field blank to skip the Permissions Code check.
DeleteUse Work Order Category Range (MTWorkOrder_CategoryCode_UseRange)
Select this option to limit your selection to a range of Work Order Categories.
