How to restart Web Brokers manually?

Problem
Various knowledge base articles require us to restart web brokers. How can we do this ourselves manually?
Solution
From the Open Edge Explorer Dashboard, with a web broker highlighted, use the red stop and green start buttons to restart the broker.
Steps For Solution
- Open a web browser on your server and enter "https://localhost:9094" in the URL field.
- If you are running RecTrac 3.1.10.07.xx or lower, enter “http://localhost:9094”.
- Enter "admin" (with no quotes) in the Username and Password fields
- Click Login.
- Scroll down the OpenEdge Resources grid until you get to WebSpeed and select the checkbox next to each of the following resources:
- <your sever name>.CLIENTdemo
- <your sever name>.CLIENTlive
- <your sever name>.WEBdemo
- <your sever name>.WEBlive
- Click the red stop brokers button at the top of the resources grid.
- Wait a minute, and then click the green start brokers button.
This should have successfully restarted the web brokers.
