WebTrac App - Missing or Blank Conversations Records/Templates when running a RecConnect for WebTrac App Push Notifications

Problem
I'm trying to send push notifications from a RecConnect screen and I'm missing conversation and template records.
Solution
Note:
This solution applies only to WebTrac App customers. Not all users will have access to the WebTrac App cockpit. User access is determined by your RecTrac Admin team.
Steps For Solution
- Login to the WebTrac App cockpit using your credentials provided to you by the Vermont Systems team.
- If you don't have credentials contact your RecTrac Admin team or submit a case to our support team.
- Click on Marketing Automation on the left side Menu

If missing or blank conversations -
- Click on the Conversations Tab on the top of the screen and verify that you have created at least one conversation record.

If missing or blank templates
- Click on the Message Templates Tab at the top of the screen and verify that you have created at least one template record for use within the RecConnect Program.

If missing or blank conversations -
- Once you've confirmed the records you need are valid within the WebTrac App Cockpit you can sync those records from your RecTrac database
- Go to Profile Assignments and click on Static Parameters
- Click on the Third Party Integrations Tab at the top of the page
- Click on the Authenticate and Fetch Conversations
- Close and reopen your RecConnect screen to view the updated fields.
