WebTrac App - Login failed when attempting to login on the App

Problem
We are unable to login on the WebTrac App. The error message states Login Failed. The same username/password credentials allow me to login to WebTrac. We host our own servers. (Self Hosted)
Solution
If all patrons are unable to login on the App but can on WebTrac there is likely an issue with the API.
Note:
This solution applies only to WebTrac App customers. Not all users will have access to the WebTrac App cockpit. User access is determined by your RecTrac Admin team.
Steps For Solution
- Login to the WebTrac App cockpit and confirm the WebTrac Module Settings under your account.
- You should see your WebTrac base URL and a valid API Key listed. If you select update and test you should get an Authentication confirmation message. If blank or you receive a failure confirm the URL and regenerate an API key from your license profile.
- Verify that the below IPs are listed on your license profile in the Valid WebTrac Web Service Origins field.
- If the previous settings are confirmed, verify that your firewall isn't blocking the API communication. Ensure TCP communication is allowed on ports 80/443 from the below IPs.
