10.3 and 3.1 White Screen in WebTrac When Selling a Ticket
Problem
We are having a problem with our patrons trying to purchase a ticket as a guest. The ticket is HERO140118 'Mothers Big Hero Day'. When selecting that ticket in WebTrac, the screen turns white and nothing happens.
Solution
The problem is that the ticket name has an apostrophe in it. Apostrophes (and space) in item names do not play well with WebTrac. Removing the apostrophe from the ticket name allowed it to work properly in WebTrac.
