3.1 No Refund option available in WebTrac after going to Build 3.1.05.12
Problem
Customers tell us that when performing a cancellation on WebTrac, it isn't prompting them to choose a refund method at the time of checkout. This is new since we went to Build 3.1.05.12. Did something change?
Solution
Yes. Prior to Build 3.1.05.12, WebTrac used a single field for both the Payment Method and the Refund Method.
With Build 3.1.05.12, we split those into two fields. This change is seamless UNLESS you are using a Custom Screen Design for WebTrac, in which case the Refund field was not added.
So IF you are using a Custom Screen Design for WebTrac, the resolution is to add Using This Refund Method: [Combobox] to your WebTrac Processing Screen Design in WebTrac Processing Screen Management. The Using This Refund Method: (Combobox) field is located in WebCheckout_Group2.
