Uploading Household and Family Member documents in WebTrac 3.1
Problem
I am trying to find how to enable the feature that allows patrons to upload family and household documents on WebTrac. How does this work?
Solution
This functionality is included in RecTrac 3.1.06.12 and greater.
The ability to upload household and family member documents in WebTrac is managed/located under My Account Document, by default. Patrons must be logged into WebTrac to access this menu. There are fields for Upload Option (household and each family member), Description, Document Category, and File To Upload.
Once patrons upload documents, the documents can be viewed in RecTrac Household Management on the Household Documents/Waiver History tab and within Member Details on the Linked Documents/Waiver History tab.
Your WebTrac Parameters profile Email Settings group provides two (2) fields: 'Email Notification When Document Uploaded' and 'Document Notification Email.' These two fields work together to send an email to the specified address whenever a document is uploaded via WebTrac. Refer to the 'i' or '?' Help for field definitions, if needed.
