Problem
WebTrac users with Android devices may experience the following known issues. Difficulty entering their contact phone number on WebTracs Contact Us page. Unable to press the Close X in the upper-right corner of the Item Details window.
Solution
These are known issues that are in development, and will be fixed in a future build of RecTrac.
Workaround: In the meantime, you could make the following temporary changes to the Screen Design of your WebTrac. Take the Details button off of the Screen Design for WebTrac. Take the Contact Phone Number off of the Contact Us Screen Design for WebTrac.
To hide the Activities Details button within your WebTrac Screen Design:
1. Go to Management System Management.
2. In the WebTrac Management group, click WebTrac Management Screen Management.
3. Add or Change the WebTrac Activity Search page.
4. Expand ARWebSearch_Tab1, ARWebSearch_Group4, and ARWebSearch_Output_Table.
5. Click on ARWebSearch_Column_SingleIcon.
6. Click the Edit Pencil for Column Status and select Hidden.
7. Click Done.
To remove the Contact Phone Number within your WebTrac Screen Design:
1. Go to Management System Management.
2. In the WebTrac Management group, click WebTrac Processing Screen Management.
3. Add or Change the Contact Us page.
4. Expand WebContactUs_Tab1, and then To contact us, please complete this form.
5. Remove the Best Phone Number to Reach Me field.
6. Click Done.
