How to change the 'Contact Us' email address for WebTrac 3.1
Problem
I would like to be able to add and/or change who gets the WebTrac 'Contact Us' emails. How can I do this?
Solution
This setting is maintained in the WebTrac Parameters profile.
1. In the Standard VSI Design, go to Management Ribbon System Management User/Menu/Profile Management group Profile Assignments.
2. Highlight/select the WebTrac Parameters profile and click Update.
3. Expand the Email Settings group.
4. Enter the email address you wish to use in the Contact Us Email field. The address you enter will be the recipient of the emails created from the Contact Us button in WebTrac.
5. Save your changes; they take effect immediately. Then exit back to the main RecTrac menu.
