3.1 WebTrac's add new household form no longer works since adding Custom splash, template, and CSS
Problem
WebTrac's add new household form no longer works since adding Custom Splash, Template, and CSS. That form allows you to fill out all the information, but when you click the "Save" button, nothing happens.
Solution
You need to update the Screen Design with the change that follows when custom Custom Splash, Template, and/or CSS are used with WebTrac. Changing this setting will resolve your issue.
1.) Search for the "WebTrac Management Screen Management" program.
2.) Add or Change the Household Update screen.
3.) Expand Fields on Screen. Click to select "SAHOUSEHOLDUpdate_Group2(Group)."
4.) Click Advanced Field Paramaters.
5.) Enable the ContainerOnly field.
6.) Click Save. Try the Add new household form again as this should resolve the aforementioned issue.
